Canceled by property Our upcoming reservation for December was also canceled by property. All dates are greyed out on website as previous reviewer mentioned. No one answers at front desk or call is disconnected. Curious as to whether this hotel is truly open or not.

Is This Location Even Open??? We have 2 upcoming stays at this location. 1 got cancelled by them and when we tried to call about the other reservation, their phone doesn't even ring as if it's disconnected. Even Wyndham customer service could not contact them. This is very concerning for ourselves and for the people that could be using the shuttle service. When trying to search about the hotel dates online, all the dates are now greyed out as if it's closed down. Wyndham customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on too with this location.

Should be called Super8 not Ramada Certainly not Ramada quality. Old building in need of major repairs. The room was clean, the vanity area remodeled but that is the only positive to report. Carpet is old and soiled, door to room and bathroom looks like it has a thousand coats of paint on it. With the paint build up, both doors are hard to open and close. Breakfast consisted of a kitchen monitor serving the scrambled eggs and 2 small sausage links. Orange juice and 2 types of cereal and bread available to toast. For the price, I would not stay here again even though they provide a shuttle to the airport/cruise terminal.

FITS OUR NEEDS!!! We have stayed at this hotel many times en route to the cruise port; and we are planning to stay there again in December! Folks it is not as horrible as some reviewers made it seem. Why pay this much attention to walls and paint. I know for a fact that rooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, and towels are always fresh and clean. As for waiting for the shuttle all I can say is that these shuttles will take time. Pack some patience. They do have very packed schedule and it will take some time to get from one place to the other; but they do show up. The shuttles take passengers from the airport to the hotel; from the hotel to the cruise port; and from the cruise port to the airport. I must also add that most in the travel and hospitality did not expected this surge in travel this year so they were literally taken off guard. Lastly, one reviewer mentioned that one should stay in the Tryp Maritime across the street. Well the question then becomes how do you know that this place is better; and why didn't you stay there in the first place? Ok then if you need prompt air conditioned limousine service and a 5 star hotel then pay for it!!!

Great Sty Great Staff made for a great experience! enjoyed interacting with all the help and staff walked around the property they were extremely helpful. The rooms are awesome and kept clean room service was quick when we requested a few items.
