Travel Agent- regrets sending clients here I'm a travel agent and believed this hotel to be a little jewel among a bunch of standard and unexciting big name hotels. I sent a wonderful family of 13 to stay here after they disembarked a cruise and I regret it to my core. While Tanya (general manager) was incredible over the phone and during all the issues that arose, there were rooms with mold, rusty outlets, unsafe bathrooms, and very questionable stains on the floors. Even after moving my two rooms to upgraded suites (which they did without us asking) one of those families couldn't stay as the bathtub wouldn't drain, there were bugs on towels and it was just a very uncomfortable situation for them. When I tried to get compensation to try and repair the damage to my client's vacation, I was told the hotel was refusing to compensate them at all because they accepted the upgrades that were offered. I'm disgusted at what I saw through pictures and hope this place gets re-assessed soon. Also, the pictures are misleading, there's no longer a restaurant on the circular verandah. Again, Tanya was incredible, but everything else was severely lacking, go with a clean and common option instead of this establishment!

Disgusting place, should be shut down This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. In fact, it should be illegal to call this place a hotel. The only fact that had me stay here was desperation but really this place should be knocked down to the ground and rebuild from the group up as the location is great, but it is not sanitary as it stands. BE AWARE, read all the previous reviews as they are all true.

Horrible and rude This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The lights in the bathroom did not work. The day of a heat advisory the air conditioning stop working for 7 hours. The manager was extremely rude when asked to switch rooms. He would over talk you and start cursing. I asked for their business license he tells me it’s none of my business. I was down for a graduation had multiple rooms. My elderly mother and my 7 year old nephew all had to endure and witness these acts. This is the worsts place to ever visit. It’s convenient to the beach but super out dated and dirty. We finally moved to another room and the sheets had red stains on them and black mold in the corners. The response was I told you this is the least desirable room we have. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Theeeeee Worst!!!! I stayed here 3/22/24. First off when we came in the esthetics was dated. It looked like they never replaced nothing in 50years. The chairs were peeling, the elevator was scary, there is no lighting for the outside rooms, they didn’t bother to repaint or replace $h!t, and the flooring was terrible. It’s so many things I could name. Then we were spraying things down and found this bed bug, but we only saw the one pictured below so we thought we were good. Baby when I say something ate the hell out of me Allllll night. It ate me like a buffet. I drifted off but something was biting me and I jumped up to a little bug eating my @$$ like the last supper. We checked out that scary piece of scrap metal and brick at 4 in the morning. I am still itching right now! Don’t book here!!!!!!

Get what you pay for. This is very accessible to the beach surrounding expensive hotels. I thought for 1 night, after getting off cruise I’d rather spend $150 than $450+. Its is VERY DATED, old and kinda gross. The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating, gave us beach chairs and towels and even sunscreen to use. I would stay here again though. The bring was peeking in bathroom. The walls and lamps were gross. The closet doors were missing, drapes broken. Bed was comfortable.
