Beware The vallet scratched my entire wheel and refuses to take any accountability since i didn’t know until i got home. I know plenty people take their gorgeous exotic cars there so BEWARE! They refuse to take a claim. My wheel has yellow paint all over it and there’s yellow curbs by the vallet. I’ll attach pictures. My stay was okay. The staff for the most part was nice however nothing working. My phone inside the hotel didn’t work, i had to use my cell phone to call room service. I didn’t have a menu of the food i could order so i called and was told id get sent a link. I got sent a picture of the menu from some random person which was weird to me. My TV remote didn’t work at all so i was stuck on one channel and the on and off button. I called and asked for new towels and water and they never came with it. I understand accidents happen but with the series of events at a beach front hotel for the price i paid i felt the hospitality was terrible.

AMAZING Kevin and Stephanie made our day! Excellent service and great recommendations! We will be back specifically based on their service. Maybe they should be in charge? The whole resort is Amazing and we recommend anyone to come check out this place. Best drinks on the Beach!

Awesome Staff FANTASTIC stay!! Steph at the Sand Bar is PHENOMENAL! Mario at the Florida Bar makes a mean Spicy Mango Mule and Mark at the Wreck Bar is awesome! Everyone was very attentive and really made for an amazing weekend. Thank you all for creating such a great environment to relax for the weekend.

Horrible Customer Service Horrible customer service. They don’t answer phones (I’ve called 5 times) and skip over you for early check-in so we’re waiting 3 hours in the lobby while watching others check in early. I suppose the appeal is the low price but I will absolutely pay extra for a nice hotel with a nicer staff.

What a beautiful surprise I have spent three nights in this hotel and was a beautiful surprise. Close to the beach, all the staff super friendly and dedicated. Agathe at the front desk was super professional and made my stay very enjoyable with helping me to upgrade my room with an ocean view and balcony, which was relaxing. I will definitely come back.
