Amazing and Helpful Experience The experience here was amazing! It was our first time visiting Florida and Michael and Reuben were super helpful with chairs and everything else on the beach, and even threw in great recommendations! An amazing and helpful experience all around. We are definitely coming back here and asking for them specifically!

Really nice property with outstanding staff We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, and many staff remembered our names and were so friendly whenever they saw us. The chairs/towels/umbrella was nice and not crowded when we visited and it was a weekend in July. And the 7th floor pool/bar was nice and great views. The Burlock Coast was great for breakfast. A little bit of a wait but it was due to needing staff, not anything else. We will be going back when we have the next opportunity.

Fantastic few days at the Ritz! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Ritz. The staff was wonderful- very helpful, cheerful and accommodating- they couldn’t do enough for the guests. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. The Burlock Coast restaurant was very good- food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Servers were great too - so nice and helpful. Had a great massage in the beautiful spa and the large pool area was great as well. We will definitely go back!

Overall nice stay Staff was extremely courteous and profession and well trained. Hotel was very comfortable and well taken care of. The beach area was not privaye and was very crowded and had a very cheap and unclassy vibe. There was only one person working setting up chairs by the beach. We were told we are not allowed to order drinks (except for water) by the beach and have to cross back the street and go to the bar if we want a drink. The pool was very badly chipped inside. I was worried someone from my family would cut their foot on the u even badly chipped pool. There was alot of debris in the bottom of the pool from the bottom of the pool thats chipping. Overall was great except for the pool which was shocking and disappointing.

Fabulous staff! We stayed at the RC for the holiday. Each and every staff member, maid service, concierge, front desk, bar, restaurant were genuinely friendly and helpful. Great perks such as free use of bikes, water taxi. Close to everything! The beach is literally across the street. Great access to fine and or fast dining.
