Maria Kuras Had a meeting at this hotel and Maria Kuras did an outstanding job of making sure our room was full stocked with food and she was timely with her service. Maria also constantly ask if there was anything additionally she could do for us. She was fantastic.

Excellent Service, great rooms, amazing location!!! Francisco was incredibale!!! Great customer service, professional and nice, made us feel very welcome. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are heaven...like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is on the beach, so easy and convenient to get everywhere, the water views are amazing. We went to Lona for lunch twice, fresh delicious food and the drinks were festive! The restaurant overlooks the ocean and beach. Had a great time and loved my birthday margaritas, thank you Francisco! We'll definitely be back.

Just Amazing! I stayed here for 5 days and I am very happy I booked a room here. As soon as I entered into the hotel, I had a good feeling. Everything was clean and ordered. Stefan in the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly. He did his job really good and explained to us how everything works, gave us some recommendations about places to go and what to do with a smile all the time. Room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was good but kinda crowded sometimes and it was hard to stay there for moments. When we check out, Irene at the front desk helped us by do it quickly and in a proper manner. Such a terrific work the Front Desk team does. Congratulations I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Pet friendly stay at the Westin Had a great stay at the Westin. We were able to check in early at 2:00 pm, Francisco did a great job welcoming us and giving us all the options for our stay. Pet friendly hotel allowed us to have lunch and dinner on the terrace. Would definitely return

Celebrating 14th yr anniversary in paradise The hotel offered us a partial view room on the 12th floor as part of my Bon Voy Marriot rewards experience. Notwithstanding my two boys being super demanding of constant stimulation, the valet team TRAY & LEO provided my family and I a rapid and very courteous experience. During our time at the pool, Shanique understood that Dad needed a "Dad Piña Colada" and made sure the stress of managing my kids' energy was never a bother. Regarding the food, no one can top my man NELSON in making the breakfast experience more magical through his vocal energy and charisma. The ladies, YSA and Nicole, were kind and attentive during our last meal at La Tinta. None of the above would have been possible without the care, professionalism, and assistance from ALFREDO the man behind the concierge magic and RASHAWN as our main greeter as soon as we touched down in FLL from NYC. Selecting a single employee as the "Employee of the Month" is no easy task. As a Sr. HR professional experienced in customer experience and employee engagement, I look out for the engagement staff have in the workplace; for that reason, all the aforementioned deserve accolades. Thank you from my family to yours!
