Wonderful Stay - Wonderful Staff I go to Ft Myers Beach annually and have always stayed somewhere else, so this was my first stay at the Pink Shell. As a solo traveler I try to find resorts that I feel welcomed and safe. I felt both at the Pink Shell! All staff where welcoming, accommodating and just go above and beyond! I did have one staff that I need to mention, Chester Thomas! My first morning was a little emotional, and as I was unsuccessfully trying to get towels due to my fob not working - Mr. Chester Thomas came over to help me. In my emotional state, I cried and told him about the incident that had just happened with guests who took my other towels and pool chair. lol and Chester gave me a big hug, comforted me, told me if anyone else bothered me to let him know and before I headed back to the pool he gave me a little llama (see pics). I am 55 years old, but we all have a little child in us and this act just lifted my morning and my trip! Chester high fived me every time I saw him for the remainder of my trip and I will never forget his kindness. As a solo traveler, you can't ask for better staff! In fact, I booked another trip back in October. PS - I named the llama, Chester!

Love it here! We love staying at the pick shell! Breakfast is amazing, Ramon is always so helpful and all the servers are on top of it. Ranger Rob is always the highlight of our trip we get up every morning to go on his nature walks. He is so knowledgeable and has such amazing patience with kids asking him 100 questions.

Very pleasant stay Almost everything was perfect! a fantastic location with a great view of the beach and the sea. Spacious rooms with kitchen, spacious bathroom and balcony. Good restaurant, nice swimming pools. The elevator was just like a construction elevator very rickety. There was still a construction fence around the adult only pool under the sanibel building. Because of this you had to go through the main building to get to the pool. On the beach a large bulldozer was moving sand, we found this disturbing. But perhaps this was due to the tropical storm Debby.

One of our favorite spots! Denise, Bonnie, Rebecca, Ronald, Mercy, Ediba, Kiarra! This is one of our favorite places to go relax and enjoy the beach! We wound up here this time displaced from flights. We had been up over 24 hrs and got us right into a room at 9am! It definitely was not a planned trip this time, everyone was so helpful and understanding of our predicament. We are a couple and still enjoy this very family friendly place. Breakfast is always delicous. Our room is always clean. It was incredible to be able to wash clothes since my husband had to go right to Atlanta instead of home. There are always activities for your children, there is an adult only pool if you want some calm pool time. We are looking forward to our next stay! Thank you Pink Shell

Fabulous Food and Service! Had a wonderful meal at this beautiful beachside resort - the scenery was amazing and the customer service was fabulous...our server, Carla, was a breath of fresh air and made sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 recommend and will be back!
