Tired, Worn Out, Better Choices Nearby This hotel is a tired, worn out property. The lobby is dated, and the rooms seem even more dated. The room and hotel were clean, but that is the best I can say. It did not help that the person checking us in just did not seem to care. This does not instill confidence in me for the brand. This hotel is too expensive for what you get. Stay elsewhere.

Great reliable hotel Nice lobby remodel. Great staff. Shuttle drivers kind and helpful. Rooms are decent. Food in restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Toweling seems new. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs. Free coffee station in lobby is appreciated.

Nice stay After reading all the negative reviews I almost didn’t book the stay. Glad I took a chance. The check in was easy and Nataly was very friendly and accommodating, we needed a later check out and we were able to stay till 2 with no extra charge. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant offered breakfast which was very good. The only thing I think would recommend is to offer some type of streaming service.

Nice Stay We stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice stay. Cookie, water upon checkin was a nice touch. Comfortable Hilton bedding. Located in a shopping plaza type complex. Staff was friendly and pool was clean. Location not the best if you’re going to the beach it’s about 10 miles away.

Comfortable rooms and A great staff! The Shuttle was easy to pick up at the airport.. The Lobby is quite big with good coffee and you get a cookie at check in that is extremely tasty.. I was very pleased with the room size.. the extremely comfortable beds and a nice size closet because i hang my clothes instead of folding them.. no complaints at all.. oh and the staff is very friendly and exceeded expectations.. I booked this hotel for next year and very happy I did!
