good pool! Great stay! great low key location close to food. We will stay again if we are in the area. Would recommend!

The worst service and staff I have ever seen! If you want to ruin your trip, then this hotel is for you! The worst service I have ever seen! First, they demanded a deposit from us, which no one warned us about. Then, when we agreed, it turned out that we could not pay with either a virtual or a physical bank card! In spite of numerous requests to connect us with a manager, we were refused at the front desk. Having spent at least half an hour trying to check into a PREVIOUSLY BOOKED room, we went to the bank, trying to withdraw cash. In the process of visiting the bank, I received a notification that our reservation was cancelled! I called the front desk and asked why my reservation was cancelled, they did not answer me and simply hung up! No one answered my further calls! When we withdrew cash and arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us "if you are not satisfied with something before checking in, then we refuse to check you in, look for another hotel!" I have never encountered such treatment of customers! And I am very glad that we were not able to check into this hotel, because later, after reading reviews from other hotel guests, I saw that all the people complain about cockroaches, dirty bed linen and the front desk worker! I don't understand at all why the management keeps a worker who has been leaving negative emotions for hotel guests for many years!

Cleanliness failing Room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were ring stains on the dresser and nightstand that appeared to be from coffee or some sugary drink. The headboard had fingerprints on it which was pretty nasty. There was a roach climbing the wall of the bathroom.

Recent Stay The room was clean and neat. it is an older hotel, but our room had New bedding and new mattresses. And was newly remodeled. The check-in and check-out person was very nice. We plan on staying there again next year.

Excellent!!!! I was very very impressed by the updated rooms and excellent staff! The rooms are so clean and gorgeous! The beds are brand new and are not the kind w springs, it's the memory foam, super thick mattress! I really enjoyed being here and actually did not want to leave!
