Family trip to test drive a car We were looking for a hotel with complimentary breakfast and parking as well as a pool. After looking at several hotels in the area we were shocked to see some of the reviews! Thankfully, we found this Holiday Inn Express in Ft. Washington. We booked a stay for a two queen suite from Thursday 7/11 into Friday 7/12 for $140 through agoda. The hotel was clean, there were complimentary snacks, water, and coffee that greeted us as we checked in. Hermes, living up to his greek namesake, checked us in quickly after telling us about all of the amenities. We were also grateful that we were given a room on the top floor which overlooked the trees and railroad nearby - my boys, who were attending, love railroads. At check out, Hermes was also patient with my son when we were returning our keys, and Hermes even offered for my son to keep one as a souvenir. Finally, the breakfast on Friday (7/12) morning was well stocked and Jose kept the eating area clean. Jose was quick to stop me from cleaning up our table (even after our boys had made a bit of a mess). I appreciated his service. All of this for $140 we WELL worth the value. We didn't even get to use the pool!

Good option near Philadelphia Nice hotel in Fort Washington. It is well located near SEPTA railway station, providing accessto Philadelphia. The rooms are big. There is complimentary good breakfast. The hotel provides good service. It is clean and tidy. The hotel has an outdoor large pool with plenty poolside area.

Very clean hotel with a friendly environment The hotel is in a safe secluded area off the highway with a very friendly staff. It is within walking distance to a Starbucks and only a few blocks from gas stations/convenience stores. The provided breakfast was very good. It appeared they were in the middle of getting some new furniture installed. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

A familial feel with top notch service My husband and I always look forward to staying at this hotel on our granddaughter visits. It’s clean, comfortable, and convenient (with an amazing breakfast), but more importantly the staff is professional and warm, wonderful people. A special shoutout to Kevin, Vinnie, Manjeet Singh, and the kind engineer from Albania.

Excellent for us We stayed three days recently to do limited touring in Philadelphia and to retrieve a grand-kid from UPenn. We first thought of staying in-town Philly but the usual headaches had us finding this more peaceful option. It was a short easy drive into Philly but worth the improvement in quality of life. Definitely felt like an oasis compared to the alternatives. Breakfast was excellent - more variety and better presentation (hot) than another HIE we had just come from elsewhere. The guys handling breakfast were hardworking; kept everything stocked and clean; seating areas neat and orderly; and professionally handled a large bus load of phone-distracted college students checking out one morning. They were awesome. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower. Exceptional ease and access to parking. It definitely felt safe here. We highly recommend and would surely stay again.
