William Owens So far this location is attempting to not refund monies that were paid for a weeding that will not be able to take place due to their closing till April 2021. Reported them to BBB but, looking more and more like I will be taking legal action against this franchise location and corporate since they say there is nothing they can do. Wouldn't recommend spending my money here.

Great Everything was amazing all the way from housekeeping to front desk to maintenance.. if u looking for a place to stay this would be the place . Great people very friendly.. wings and prime rib salad is the best

Poor service Rude welcoming and not explicit amenities listed on website. It is covid and there are restrictions but this was not clearly and readily available on the website. The staff that greeted us was very rude and requested another deposit upon entering despite already paying for the room and service fee. The room was so over powerful with cleaning disinfectant odors that we were nauseous the minute we walked in. Wish I would've went somewhere else.

Comfortable Stay The Stay at the Ramada Plaza Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool and small exercise room allowed me to take care of my health and wellness while at conference. The breakfast was basic, but Staff was nice and pleasant.
