DO NOT STAY HERE! Filthy, not as shown or represented, no pool, no breakfast, burn holes in sheets, filthy microwave with food stuck in it, stove gross, no kitchen utensils, dirty walls, door, windows, woodwork, broken curtain rods, broken grab bars, no toilet paper. Only allowed 2 towels, none for the kitchen, smelled like urine. NOT FIT FOR A DOG!

DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is a dump and you may also get murdered. I was offered a room without any TV or internet. The other option was a room with TV but it smelled like animal urine and feces and was told by the front desk lady that I "might not like it" RED FLAG! I walked into the room without any internet or TV and it looked like someone was just in there taking a shower! There were wet foot prints on the floor and the shower was wet and recently used. No soap or shampoo and one filthy unwashed pillow. They would not refund me because I did not contact them 15 minutes after I checked in. The front desk lady said "They would take my refund out of her paycheck" and then proceeded to point to a cheesy desk crucifix that said "Trust" whatever that means. I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Still trying to get my refund.

DISGUSTING PLACE!! RUN!!! DISGUSTING! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There were beer bottles outside the door. Burn holes in the blankets. Dust on all the furniture. Curtains half hanging off. Tub was dirty and horrible. Floor wasn't swept. We walked in and then walked right out! I went to cancel and request a refund and had to wait in line. After a long wait I finally got to the counter and requested a refund. The RUDE lady at the counter wouldn't refund the room stating I was over the time of their cancel window of 15 minutes to cancel. Of course I was! I was in line for most of that. She wouldn't cancel the reservation and provide a refund. I have tried Expedia who it was booked through, and the hotel still said no on the refund. I tried the corporate level and still no refund!! It was the worst place I have ever been in!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND RUDE!

Run! Disgusting I don't even know where to start! We tried out 2 different rooms , the first room was disgusting, no blankets , stained mattress , yellow stained pillows no cases , holes in wall, old stagnant water in dish washer , roaches , they said they'd upgrade to the penthouse lol it was worst than the first one! The steps up the the door were shaking very scary , the door didn't lock , beds were slept in, blood splattered on comforter , broken glass on fireplace with a bloody handprint, 100s of roaches , trash in the kitchen floor , carpet was disgusting, writing on the mirrors for a good time call # , toilets were not cleaned in a very long time , this place needs condemned, I don't see how that are open , we checked out and went elsewhere and I contacted Wyndham corporate and they didn't seem to concerned , I've contacted the board of health also
