Trash hotel Room was filthy and stunk like sour sweat! The floor made the bottoms of your feet black from floor being so filthy and sour smelling!

Well kept, good room for the rate The service was excellent. Housekeeping was like clockwork and very efficient. Room was clean and well taken care of. The only negative was that the pool was shut down permanently.

Scam! They are running a scam, by collecting only a cash deposit so that it cannot be taken away when they wrongly charge people with these false claims. There was absolutely no smoking done in the room, it smelled completely of mildew- - overpowering in fact. We had had Donuts that morning and what you see on the floor/desk was only sugar, not ashes at all. However, they refuse to listen, and when cops were called they told me they could do nothing concerning money/refunds. The officer also stated that he had been here more than a few times regarding these same kind of claims. Again, this is a complete scam from this franchise and I will continue to complain in any way I can.

Nice hotel for the price Clean hotel not far from the highway but the street has a lot of questionable people in the area. A couple of place to eat nearby

Don’t book . Scammers , Liars and unprofessional First thing first we traveled from houston to work in fort worth , i thought this would be a decent room to stay for a few nights. We booked online for 4 guest and made sure we did 100% before booking . The guy at the front told us we only booked for 2 guests and even after we showed proof . He continued to say it was going to be an extra $50 per person a night. We booked online so he swore he couldnt refund us for the room . After arguing we ended up having to choice but to pay it sadly. When he gave us the room key soon as i put my bag on the floor we spot a big cockroach still alive. We notify the staff about the incident all of a sudden we can get a refund or get the deposit back. And i can’t forget to mention the breakfast was so bad . they try to charge you for breakfast online but it’s offered freely every morning: these guys are scammers !!!
