Our stay Our ac wasn't cooling and the fridge didn't work, but we were only their 1 night so we didn't call it in.

Great place to stay unless you are driving yourself there. I love this hotel. It is right at the door of the convention center making shows so simple but parking is crazy. It cost almost as much to park as it does to stay there. These fees are getting prohibitively expensive. Where do we stop the greed so the small business owner can survive?

Review Your Bill / Budget for time to Valet Park Nice and new hotel. But as an Omni Select Member, they say you get free basic internet, but it still shows up on your bill. It's only $10, but when a hotel can't get the simple things right, I start to worry. There are no self-parking options, so it took a long time to just drop our car off at Valet and a much longer time to get it when we were leaving.

Guess the room doesn't come with a shower Booked a room for a bit of a staycation. While the property is very nice we were very disappointed when our shower did not work. We called about it and were told someone from maintenance would come but they never did. We had walked from our dinner reservation and a few stops after to the hotel on a very warm night. Not having a shower was very disappointing especially considering we had activities to attend when leaving the hotel in the morning. When I talked to management the said they couldn't do anything because we booked through a third party. They tried to offer us breakfast but even the breakfast restaurant was closed by this point. Very disappointing!
