Horrible Costumer Service from Annie GM This was the worst place to ever stay, Annie (general manager) has the worst customer service she don’t care about your stay she’s going off on guest over the phone and in the hall ways yelling at guest unprofessional. •The toilet didn’t work to top it off.

Seek for a better place The toilet paper was dirty there were 30 black rings in the toilet there was mold and mildew where water have been dripping from my window seal.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! BED BUG WARNING! I ended up with over 20 bites during my stay. We should have left sooner as the general uncleanliness of the hotel was obvious from the start. The carpet had not been vacuumed recently, there were lots of crumbs and lint throughout the room, the shower curtain was full of mold on the lower edge, the bathtub likely wasn't cleaned as there were several long dark hairs in the tub, the drain is frightening & very corroded, the plastic housing on the blow dryer was broken (missing 50%+) and exposed the heating element and the desk/tv stand was not wiped down, just to mention just a few issues. The overall attention to detail and cleanliness is non-existent! I would like to acknowledge the assistance of the front desk staff who assisted when they could. 'Amy' was excellent at getting us checked in-then moved to another room! The evening gal who changed out the shower curtain and tried to find another blow dryer for me. When I reached out to the general manager via email and text.......NO RESPONSE!!!! Clearly he knows what kind of disgusting hotel he runs! Stay anywhere in Ft Worth but here!

Photos are very deceiving, horrible hotel I stayed overnight one night and checked out early before I booked another night due to horrible conditions at your hotel fort worth north. In my room there was no garbage can, no coffee maker, bathroom fan broken, bathroom tub faucet was broken, cracked light shade on wall, no TV remote for the TV, floor was dirty and feels like it has holes in under the installed flooring. Coffee maker downstairs was broken, toaster was broken, absolutely no other food in continental breakfast at 7:15 am except dried out bread and cold cereal. The police came 3 times in 24 hour period. The front desk clerk I spoke to about these issues could barely speak English and couldn't understand me. If I could do a review on this location it would show a -10. Worse place I've ever stayed and for paying $115.00 for this dump, I am very upset. The pictures for this location are very deceiving, it looks nothing like it. The elevator sounds like you are going to free fall at anytime. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Filth Do Not Go Here The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The beds were in disarray, and the room smelled like marijuana. The second room I was given there was a used tissue and Q-tip under the blankets. I asked for a refund they offered me a third room I refused,
