The hotel restaurant made the visit incredible The hotel, overall, was really great. Room was clean and comfortable. Maria A. at the hotel restaurant was absolutely wonderful. Great time! Amazing Service! Always an outstanding trip to Fort Worth, TX! The hotel is kept extremely clean even with our enormous group. The Lobby is beautiful, and so are the Bartenders! Friday and Saturday nights are a blast in the dance club and the DJ plays a huge mix of hits. Anna at the front desk was so helpful!

Had a blast! Anna was amazing at the front desk. She made this process extremely easy and welcome. The Radisson team got it right when they put Anna at the front desk. She is truly an ambassador! Keep her around! We will be back next year! The Radisson is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location.

Great staff, delicious food The staff here is very personable and helpful. I had a club sandwich & fries in the Cafe. It was delicious and generous portion. The hallways & common areas are very well kept. But…….the rooms are in need of an update. The bedside lamp shade was broken & cracked, the chair under desk was stuck & would not pull out. The grab bar in shower was pulled out from wall so when you turn in shower it bumped you in shoulder. I felt this could have been a huge liability issue. This was Room 213.

Terrible Booked a room for a week or so. After one night I got back after a hard days work and my room key would not work. I went to the front desk and the grill for me that they had checked me out well they didn’t sit too well with me. I got them to let me back in my room, I packed my bags and left. This was a terrible experience. I had to waste further time finding a different hotel. I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again.
