Needs some TLC We have stayed several times at this hotel. It is in a great location for visiting the museums and gardens in the cultural district. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. However, there were several small problems which indicate a lack of attention. The counters in the kitchen were very sticky with food. Several lightbulbs needed replacing. The toiletries were empty indicating they had been used but not replaced and it might be time for some new sheets- ours were threadbare. Many hotels have "slip proofed" the bathtub either by resurfacing or use of mat. The tub was very slippery and I had to hold onto the grab bar the entire time I was in the shower.

Nice Hotel, Great Location, and Service is wonderful I have stayed hundred of nights at Marriott/Sheraton properties and Rachel Ickes, Director of Sales is among the best I have encountered! The location is convenient to the Stockyards, Downtown and the 7th street vibe is great. Rooms are clean, well appointed, roomy, with full size fridge and nice kitchens. Parking is plentiful, easy in and out. Nice walking areas with park near by and dog friendly. Pool area is well furnished with lots of greenery. I have stayed here in the cold winter and hot summer. Heat/AC works well. This review is based on several stays. Enjoy!

Moldy This hotel has water damage that is obvious and clearly they don’t care about fixing. The location was great, front desk was kind but room was gross. Has a strange smell and the hot plate which we chose this place for was broken. Very disappointed.

Exceptional Experience - Highly Recommend Our room was well maintained and very clean. The staff was super friendly and professional. We felt safe with the Covid precautions they had in place. My favorite part was the bed - so comfy! I highly recommend staying at this Residence Inn.

Very nice This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast area was roomy and tasty, and the service was very good. I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn
