Quality Inn West Fort Worth

Middle of the road hotel This is a middle of the road hotel, as we expected. The guy checking us in was really nice. Our room is situated next to the pool, I hope people will not stay in here tonight. In the room you can hear the highway. The fridge makes a lot of noise too. There is no safe in the room.

Very Enjoyable Place to Stay This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. My bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. When I checked in the service was very polite and the process went smoothly. I loved the location because I was there for the Arts Fest and I was close to downtown. The breakfast in the morning was not fancy but everything was fresh and clean and hit the spot. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and seemed to take pride in their job which showed through out the property. I would recommend to my family and friends to stay here if they were visiting the Fort Worth area.

One of the worst places I stayed I have stayed many times this place it has fallen off the rooms are getting run down fast due the amount of trash that stays in the area you can find drug addicts walking around the hotel I seen one on the second floor one time tripping on watch’s that obviously stole those watch bans where still there in my next trip which was months later I thought it was strange anyways they don’t change things here I have stayed many times and each time I stayed I had to move to two or three different rooms because they either didn’t change the sheets after the previous customer black hairs all over the sheets and top blankets looks like hey have nasty stains from god knows what on them plus the spiders which they won’t spray for the blame it on exterior doors they have poisonous spiders here in Texas they don’t care about you here. I have stayed many times and instead of changing the things you complain about they told me I am no longer allowed to stay I don’t care If I where you I’d stay anywhere else there are many properties that want you there and will bend over backwards to make you happy

Pet fees and drunk guests We were charged a $50 pet fee for one small dog for one night. When I called to inquire about the fee, I was initially told that I didn’t disclose the pet - however there is a record of the message in the app. Then that the usual fee is $100... then that there maids found out about the dog. The clerk who checked us in never disclosed the fee and there was never a response to the inquiry. Another issue was the ‘guests’ who were passed out beside the pool the next morning. Not asleep, passed out with their bags of WhataBurger trash strewn between their lounge chairs. Nice. Will not be choosing this Quality Inn location again.

Excellent Stay This motel has been upgraded with beautiful room decor, comfortable beds and luxurious pillows. The hi-speed internet is excellent and the customer service is also excellent. I needed an extra pillow and blanket which were provided to me immediately with great courtesy. The breakfast is adequate enough to send you on your way without being hungry. All around, for the price, you can't go wrong!
