Worthingting Renaissance Terrible service!! They hound you for tips but expect you to wait 30-40 minutes even after you’ve requested the car via their app. They’re excuse is- they’ve gotten 300 text at the same time yet have 12–15 guys standing around pushing tips. Unreal!!

Great valet Super fast, very nice. Our cars were out in a matter of minutes. None of us had any cash to tip and we tried to Venmo. They all said that the best thing we could do was appreciate their service. I will be back soon and will tip x3

meeting Had a important meeteing and i was running behind thank goodness was available,The manager Kenny got me a ticket swiftly,without even asking the valet Durrell was loading a cart with my presentation equipment without me asking i just made my meeting in time.Thank goodness

trip from Oklahoma me and the gf went to have some time away from the kids, so we valet and Kenny greeted us on arrival while Durrell grabbed our bags and took them up to our room after we got situated with the lovely lady pamela at the front desk,she was polite and got me up to my room swiftly,it was a nice silent time at the hotel with the restaurant inside.

In town for the weekend Came to fort worth over the weekend to see some family and chose to stay at this hotel since there wasn’t enough room at my parents house and it was a great choice. Drove in from Witchita Falls and didn’t know where to park so I had my car valeted with the hotel valet and they were really good. Kenny and patrick both helped me out a lot. The receptionist izzy helped get me checked in very fast. I stayed on the top floor and the view of fort worth downtown was great. I had a night to myself and ate at the toro toro which was very good. I had a great time at this hotel, it was clean and big and inviting. I will be back for sure.
