One of the best if not THE BEST hotel in Fortaleza Hotel staff is top notch. From security, luggage handlers, waiting staff, front desk, cleaning staff, etc, top notch service. If you like a firm bed which was california king as an option, they have it here. That alone was a super plus since my fiancee had a bad back . I emailed them a pdf to print my covid results and by the time I got down to the front desk, literally 2min later, it was already printed. 5 star hotel indeed. Gym is on the last floor and one of the best gyms in my Brazilian experience. Pool and Bar are the best combination. Ready towels with beach bag. Staff knew our names bc we stayed there for 5 days on and off. COVID safety measures were in place which was important and even set up a COVID lab to visit our ROOM so we can get a test and results the next day (had to pay $R300 for the visit). We didnt find one complaint about this hotel. ABOVE and BEYONE service.

Probably the best Hotel in Fortaleza. My stay was in Nov-2019, before the pandemic. This seafront hotel is probably the best accommodation in Fortaleza if you are not looking for a resort. Keep in mind that the best beaches are not in town, but a few miles East or West. Good accommodation, well located in a safe area and plenty of bars, restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance. Staff do the job.

Closer to a 4.5 star, but still an amazing stay Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days. The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.

Good hotel Good hotel, and very good foods in the restaurants. The rooms are large, and have good water pressure eaven in the top floor. The room had little smell of mold, but this went away when we put aircondition to dehydration. I will stay here again

Nice hotel A good hotel, food customer service, nice location near to prai futura beach, with good restaurants around, the breakfast is delicious and the room clean and with good A/C. Is a place for change money next to the hotel.
