Disgusting. Do not book your stay here. I found rotting sushi found in my fridge, a wet, nasty washcloth hanging over my shower curtain, wadded up, used tissues stuffed in the tissue box, torn chair apolstery, trash not taken out, and the third floor hallway wreaks like a soiled baby's diaper that's been sitting in the sun for too long. Seriously disgusting. Also, upon my arrival, I was told there would be a $250 precharge for incidentals on my card. Given the state of the room, the incidental pre-charge should have been $0. $250 would have covered a one night at a nicer Marriott, which is where I will be staying at from now on. Tried something different, lesson learned.

Beware! Hidden fees beware! Rom was supposed to be $133. Then they put a $250 + on you card as well and won’t give a receipt! Room clean enough, girl that checked me in was very rude. No amenities to speak of. Had to turn in keys at check out to try to get a receipt had to wait almost 30 min to turn in keys and then receipt does not show the amount they charged me, but the whole $377 was debited from my account. What a ripoff!

Worst Experience I had the worst experience at this hotel, I had a Reeces peanut butter cup stain the sheets and even after I told the front office person about it and was told I wouldn’t get charged. I still saw an additional $110 charged to my account even after I explained to the manager she didn’t want to hear it and said the charge will stay. Worst experience with this hotel, I would never stay at this hotel again.

A simple budget hotel with a few issues My daughter and I stayed there two nights for her sports tournament in the area. On the second day, the TV service went down for the entire building. We were so disappointed because we had planned to relax in our room after a tiring day. When we asked the front desk, they said it won't be back up until the next day, and offered no alternatives or compensation. We just couldn't understand why they were not able to get us a working TV--something even the cheapest motels offer--for the entire day. In addition, when we were trying to check in at 3pm after a long drive, they didn't have any room ready for us. I understand that check-in starts at 4, but we were quite disappointed that they were not able to accommodate us and not a single room was ready at that time.

Hotel Room Nightmares Stay away! Booked 5 nights but canceled due to unacceptable conditions. The room reeked of leaked gas, pet urine/feces, cigarette smoke, and mold. Notified staff, met with resistance, and they tried to charge for the unused night. Safety concerns about gas were brushed off. Avoid for your well-being!
