There are better options If you’re looking for a place that is freeway close, this is it! You can see, hear, smell, and even feel the speeding traffic. Hope you’re not a light sleeper. It wasn’t especially clean either. Breakfast is included, but hurry, because it’s only available until 9:00. It is nice to have a full-sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher. Having two bedrooms was extremely beneficial, and each room has a TV. The shower head was mounted to the wall, and my female fellow-travelers were rather unhappy. The prices are competitive. But, there are better places for the money, even if it costs you a bit more.

Very dirty We stayed here for a baseball tournament and this was one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. We were forced to stay here by the tournament organizers and now I know why. The room was absolutey filthy to the point of not wanting to take off our shoes while inside. The rooms smelled of stale smoke and animal urine. We checked in and were told the internet wouldn't work in our specific room. A day or so later we had a maintence man come and change out our carbon monoxide detector because it was expired in 2020 and was going off. The same day we found a roach in one of the bedrooms but were told there were no free rooms to move us to even tho online they showed availability. The bathrooms were dirty and bugs in the tub. I could go on and on. The room was definitely big enough for our family of 5 but that was basically the only positive.

IGNORED GAS LEAK MAJOR GAS LEAK. We had a room in building 12 and there was a massive gas leak out front. I am a former fire fighter and noticed it immediately. The odor was so strong and you could even hear it leaking out and see the bad patch on the pipe. I called the front office and informed them then went out for dinner. When I got back the leak was still going strong so I called the office again and this time spoke to the manager. The manager, James, lied straight to me and told me it was not a gas leak and not an issue and then said he would call me back and never did. So I called socal gas and they came right away and told us to leave for our safety and confirmed it was a leak but that is not the horrible part. Right after I called socal gas I packed up my family and we went to check out. James again denied the gas leak and said he would not give us a refund. He wouldn't even let me speak and then called the police for "being respectful" because I said "maybe your mother let you speak over her but I will not" and then started yelling and screaming to the point that my husband heard from outside and ran in to see if i was okay. At this point socal gas showed up and I showed them the leak because James refused to speak to them, they confirmed it was a leak and he still would not refund me and then the police showed up and told me that they have had several issues with James in the past and advised us to dispute the charge on our credit card and change hotels asap. A gas leak is seriously SO DANGEROUS and who knows how long it has been there. Glad socal gas came when we called but the whole experience was so awful.

Dirty mattress pad in pull out sofa! This place is in serious need of updates – musty carpet in the rooms, dirty windows, the mattress pad in the pullout sofa had disgusting stains. Luckily, the manager Edith refunded our stay for the night when we told her about the mattress pad. And she agreed that should’ve been replaced. I guess they need better inspection protocols. I will say, though that the room was cleaned well, but updates are necessary.

Great experience I had a great experience at this hotel as the staff was friendly, they had a good selection for breakfast, and the rooms were very spacious and clean and in good condition. I highly recommend this hotel.
