Vacation The time share is in an isolated area. That was not a problem for us but maybe for some. It is a quit place with very friendly staff. With a little planning and some travel you can have a very nice time and see different sites.

Family vacay One star is because of the friendly people and employees.But only that because we paid for 2 bedrooms with a hot tub and didn’t get one.They said resort is fully booked and they prioritize wyndham timeshare and we are timeshare holders. But no unit with hot tub available. But we notice empty unit with hot tub first night! Then the next day we were there some people just checking in with with a suite having a hot tub! Like really? Don’t really know why is that?But we drove 5 hours and staying for 4 days then got very disappointed.Why would they rent units with a hot tub and we paid more points for it then didn’t get one? They said they have only few available and some on wait lists? Why let people pay more in the first place? We just wasted our points! Just so disappointing.We came to relax and anticipated we can chill with our own hot tub and didn’t happen. Will not come back here.

Nice resort, fantastic staff! We stayed here during February vacation and skied Crotched Mountain which was very conveniently minutes up the road. Our two bedroom 2nd floor unit was spacious and well stocked. In unit laundry is always the best! There was a queen in each of the bedrooms. I had two teenage boys with me so I brought an inflatable mattress and there was plenty of room for it on the floor of one of the bathrooms. The biggest plus to this resort are the staff. Chris at the check-in desk goes out of his way to accommodate whatever he can. We had a small, self caused issue in our unit in the evening and maintenance was there to assist very promptly! The hot tub was great to have and was very clean. They come by every day to treat and check the outdoor hot tubs. The restaurant was open but we only got takeout. Food was very good! The resort and surrounding area must be quite pretty in the summer and fall The immediate area with regards to the surrounding towns was pretty quiet so this was very much an R&R vacation for us.Clean, comfortable beds, good on site restaurant and great staff. A good choice for a vacation!

Beautiful This place was beautiful. The resort itself is not big but the suites are beautiful and spacious. Hospitality is top notch. It was so peaceful and quiet. Heather Ann is a total doll. She was so sweet. We will definitely be back

Not RCI Gold Crown Staff is GREAT! However this is the smallest 2 bedroom unit I've ever seen and I've been an owner for 25+ years. Kitchen is so small even one person can't function in it. You can't have dishwasher open and reach cabinets to put things away with out squeezing in between dishwasher door and counter. If one person is trying to prep/cook and another do dishes...forget it :( Oven door was broken, wouldn't close completely, so we propped a chair against it to hold it closed. Informed staff, who came then said it was good to go, but it wasn't. We informed them again and they apologized. I believe they know the oven door must be replace, which is expensive, so they are letting it go. We had to request extra blankets for the beds. Bedding was more conducive to summer than winter. There was not extra towels for the hot tub, we requested more, and did several loads of laundry to keep clean towels. Both bathroom floors had hair and debris left behind the doors and/or around toilets. Gross! Carpet is worn and shabby along seams and edges, outside of our building had chipped paint, missing screens, and damaged window sills/frames. The location is what we knew it to be, but if you're looking for a lot to do, this isn't the place. It is RURAL New Hampshire. I was able to get this place for minimal trade, so it was a good value. If I had put out a lot for it, I would be VERY disappointed. I want to say again that the staff is very speedy and polite, except for housekeepers, who need to step it up.
