Not impressed We weren’t too impressed with this hotel. We are used to staying at the Holiday Inn Express with their bright colors comfortable beds , friendly staff and great Hot breakfast with plenty of seating but they were booked for this trip so we thought we would try the Hampton . At first glance the parking lot was dirty, small and the building and entrance were not too inviting. Our room was not ready past check in time and the staff was rude. The decor is very dark . (Mostly brown colors) the carpets are brown and well used and the elevators were dark and smelled bad . Our room was not bad minus the bathroom but thw cable tv box was not working and the bed was very stiff and not comfortable to sleep on . Rhe bathroom was very dated and in need of renovation . As far as the breakfast , well it’s not bad really but doesn’t nearly compare to HIE. The seating was out in the middle of the lobby and got crowded quick. I giess we were expecing a lot more out of a Hilton property. We stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Gatlinburg and it was really bad. Probably will not book at a Hilton property again.. Sad.. Additional note. This property is easy to get into from the main road but not easy to get back out as you can’t just turn out on the main road once in the parking lot

Great stay at the Frankfort Hampton We stayed 3 nights at the Hampton in a pet friendly room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly! I wish I could remember the young ladies name, but she has beautiful long braids and was very helpful! The breakfast was good. We will definitely stay again!

Will be great when renovation is done We stayed two nights here at the Hampton, knowing that it was undergoing renovation. Our room was on the fourth floor, and it had been completely redone, except for paintings and extra mirrors. The bathroom was really nice, especially the shower. The only improvement I could find was the faucet on the sink - there wasn’t room to install it behind the faucet because they added a shelf by the mirror so it was to the back right corner. That’s a good location, except the faucet was too short, so water kept spilling onto the counter when you washed your hands, etc. Suggest that they replace with longer faucets. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided information about the area and answered our questions. The breakfast was good, we had a different selection on the second morning. Overall, our stay was aligned with what we expect from a Hampton. We definitely recommend staying here, especially when the renovations are all done.

Wait until remodeling is done! This hotel is being remodeled. Just keep this in mind. Our needs were met. There were fresh cookies at check in and we were given our bottles of water. Staff was very friendly at check in. The room is older. Not as many outlets as some other places. The bed was hard and squeaky. Towels were thin and not large and only 3 bath towels. I appreciate the make up remover towelettes. Breakfast was adequate. Not as many selections as some other places. The price we paid went up over $40 in the 5 minutes it took me on the app to research the area before booking. This was definitely not worth over the $200 I had to pay for it!

Let people know there is major renovations Where do I start!? Hotel is undergoing a renovation, not listed anywhere. Our room window had a board over it. The first room we were in seemed as if no one even cleaned the bathroom. Razor blade on the soap dish in shower, shower gel dispenser off the wall just sitting on side of tub. The air system made a horrible rattling sound. Of course, the construction noise wasn’t a great part of the stay. We were moved to another room after the bathroom issue.
