Unique stay Kendra & Marjorie were so welcoming when I checked in. Kids on our trip enjoyed the decor! Loved seeing all dogs! Great breakfast options for purchase. So convenient to The Galleria & food options. Indoor pool and outside patio were such a welcome addition!

Wonderful Experience This was our first stay at an Aloft Hotel property and we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff during our entire stay was very friendly and efficient. The lobby and common areas are very modern and were very clean. We took advantage of the common area by playing pool, Connect Four, and Jenga with our grandkids; the games are offered free of charge to guests. While the hotel bar wasn’t open, we were referred to a local establishment, Jonathan’s, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Since we were traveling with our family, we reserved three rooms all of which were very clean and comfortable. While we didn’t have any pets with us, we noted that the hotel is pet friendly as several guests had their dogs with them. The hotel offered free coffee and breakfast bag in the morning; however, other snacks and refreshments are available for purchase. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Another great stay This is our second visit in less than a year. Our puppy is always welcome here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for always going above and beyond. The breakfast bags are so appreciated too.

So good that we booked our return trip too! This was a great hotel and we will definitely look at this chain again in the future!! We found this hotel because we were traveling with our dog, but they do a great job catering to the two legged travelers as well! The beds were great and very comfortable, and these have to be the best hot showers we’ve ever experienced! We loved everything so much on our way down for Spring Break that we booked it again for our return trip home. All of the staff we encountered was very friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the bar inside the hotel as well.

This experience has blown us away! The location for us was great but the vibe of this family and dog friendly hotel will have you wondering why all hotels can't get it this RIGHT! Located close to a huge shopping area about 30 minutes from Nashville proper. The staff is amazing and the hotel extremely clean and quiet. We brought our Westie along for the stay and there is a floor dedicated to pet stays. It was SO QUIET! Even with this many kids and dogs staying here, you'd never know it. Beautiful amenities and grounds. Even the complimentary breakfast and coffee are better than the standard. Great food choices for purchase as well. HIGHLY recommend!
