Great place to stay Stayed here 4 nights with my 6 year old niece. Took my niece on a mini vacation to Nashville and decided to stay in nearby Franklin due to the prices being more affordable and more bang for your buck. We arrived on Friday afternoon around 2ish and the young lady at the front desk, I believe names Diana checked and said our room was available for check in early. She was super friendly as my niece chatted her ears off and told us of the hotel and services. The room was comfy, a double queen on the 5th floor with a view of the hills. It came with a coffeemaker, microwave and fridge. I was pleased there were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers mounted on the wall of the shower/tub, due to forgetting to pack mine. We never had a problem finding a parking spot out front. I also forgot my toothbrush, but there is a Walmart located straight thru the red light leaving the hotel in an adjacent shopping center. So, there is a free breakfast in the mornings. I must say, I was impressed. This is a huge hotel and obviously busier on the weekends and summer vacation folks. The line moves fast. Breakfast had fresh eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, pancakes, toast, gravy, and waffles. Also, there was cereal yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal with toppings. Plenty of coffee, juice, tea and sodas. If I can say anything, it’s I wish they would have changed it up a bit, but when you are having to feed that many people, I get it. Plus, it’s a hotel, not an all inclusive resort. We ate breakfast all 4 mornings of our stay. In the evening they have a social thing that starts at 5:30. Upon check in, I received a card for 2 alcoholic drinks each evening. I saw people in line, but I do not drink, so I am unsure of what they served, but they had plenty of sodas, tea, water. Heck, you can just eat at the hotel for free instead of going to dinner. The day we got there they had, salad, soup, baked potatoes, bbq sliders, hot dogs, nachos, and probably some more things I missed. We were out and about 2 other nights so we didn’t eat there again until our last night. This time the veggies were different, and they had pasta Alfredo and grilled chicken on the side, salad, soup baked potatoes. Yeah, it would have gotten old if we’d eaten every night, but my niece loved the hot dogs and yep, did I tell you it was all free with your paid stay. So, I chose this hotel due to the inside/outside pool. However, if lightning is around, they shut the whole pool area down due to the dangers, which is understandable. That includes the hot tub. I enjoyed the hot tub and my niece enjoyed all of the water and other kids there. Towels are provided in the indoor area. I will say, every staff member we encountered from check in to working in the food area, housekeeping and even maintenance when they shut the pool area down due to weather were extremely polite and friendly. It’s a huge hotel, you can see it coming down I65, but quiet in the rooms for some good sleep. We were 20-30 mins from Nashville Shores, the zoo, and Opry Mills. There’s plenty of food places right by and it’s easy to navigate around because I65 is right there beside you. We met friends in downtown Franklin which is very quaint and 15 mins away. We had dinner and hung on the old Main Street. Plus, you’re about 20 minutes from the Natchez Trace Pkwy double arch bridge, worth seeing if you are up this way. My niece didn’t want to leave the hotel. If I ever come back and stay up this way, I’d definitely consider this hotel again due to the people, perks, price, and location.

Great first time visit...so we stayed again a week later! We had never stayed in this hotel chain before so we did not know what to expect. My wife and I stopped by on our way to the gulf area for vacation and made this hotel our stay for the night. The price on a Thursday night was a bit more($160?) than we usually spend but we were tired and did not really want to hunt around. The hotel desk clerk asked if we had any discounts and I had mentioned that I was a member of a specific group but did not have an identification card with me. NO PROBLEM...she got me set up with a nice discount for the night. That was excellent customer service! But wait...there is more. This hotel offers a "happy hour" in the evening with three free adult beverages AND also provides an added bonus of a buffet style food bar of various items. We were shocked that it was basically a full meal. That night it included an all you can eat salad with a small number of toppings, baked potato, mixed vegetables, pasta and grilled chicken pieces along with one soup option on the main bar. The second bar had steamed hot dogs with nacho chips and warm cheese sauce and salsa. The "bar" area provided any adult with three free adult beverages or you could pour your own cola beverages or coffee as needed. I was told by the staff that the menu changes each day. That service easily provided us with a free $20 to $30 meal for two. Apparently not all Drury Hotels offer this service but this hotel has a huge eating area so it could accommodate large groups(100+ maybe) and it makes the dinner option and breakfast the next morning very manageable. Warning about the hours of the evening bar...they do close the drinks and food precisely at the time listed so don't be late! The breakfast the next morning was also better than the standard hotel fare. Most of the time you get someone who "heats up" the food and it tastes so so. NOT HERE! Their main items included real scrambled eggs, real fried potatoes, real sausage patties, real biscuits and real pancakes and a pot of oatmeal. Each tasted like they came from a "real" cook and not just heated up from the microwave. They did also have gravy for biscuits, waffles that you could make yourself, various pastries, self serve cereal and fruit toast and bagels. All of these items were just like the other hotels serve. We loved our stay so much that when we returned back to this area a week later on our way home, we stopped at this particular hotel for another night.

Great Drury Hotel experience as usual. Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was everything needed in a guest room save the in room coffee. The food for the breakfast and evening meal was on par for the brand; love the potatoes and the three complementary drinks. Well kept and clean hotel in a very nice location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very close to I65, this is a must stay next time we are needing a hotel in the area.

Finally, no single-use plastics Our one-night stay was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the room and common areas were very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were handy plugs next to both sides of the bed. In addition, there was a wide selection of breakfast items, more than the usual hotel breakfast fare. I'd also like to applaud the choice to eliminate single-use plastics as much as possible. The shower had refillable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the breakfast room used real silverware and plates, not disposable plastics. Thank you for taking this step and I hope more hotel chains follow suit!

Amazing Hotel The Drury was such a great hotel from the front desk personnel, the room to the service. My husband and I enjoy traveling, glad we are back to it, and wanted to visit Franklin TN. Googled the best place to stay and the Drury came up. We were from New England and have never stayed in a Drury but the reviews were good so decided to try. I was so impressed I signed up to be a member and will look forward to visiting more of them. Immaculate rooms and hotel, great buffet and bar, great service, what else can you ask for !
