Not good We did not feel safe and there was no hot water. There were homeless people were living in under ground garage where you park. Then we were charged for parking. Would NOT recommend this place. No breakfast

BETTER TO STAY OUTSIDE. Maybe the worst Radisson hotel in the global. We booked the hotel for 11 nights through the alaska airlines . As it saids the hotel had pool and the facilities that a 4* hotel should have. As we got in we saw that No air conditioning in the lobby existed. Secondly as pictures of the hotel shown we asked to see the pool. GUESS NO POOL EXISTED. And it is where we started, we saw the glasses of the hotel, everything was dirty and dusty. We got to move to our bedroom. No staff, no room service, no cleaners existed. The bathroom was terrible. It was the most terrible part of the room. It was very very dirty. No staff existed. They did not clean the room with daily basis. No airport transportation exists. For sure no value for money. No option for breakfast or any other meal in the hotel. And all the above was facilities that the alaska airlines was shows as existed. If i had not paid fully i for sure leave the second after I arrived. BETTER TO STAY OUTSIDE.

Disappointing experience - not a Radisson standard ! Reservation looked promising but we heard during the check-in that no service was available (no breakfast, restaurant, pool, fitness,...). First glimpse in the room was clear : dirty windows, flat screen covered by dust, dirty carpet (full of stains), bathroom was not clean at all, terrace impraticable due to pigeon dejections) As any other guest, we met ....a cockrane ! We can't blame the staff (probably students) but this is NOT the level of quality one could expect from a Radisson !

We were very disappointed of our stay. The hotel was very old and not well maintained. The rooms were not cleaned , services were not available (no breakfast or possibility to dine, no pool, no fitness) . Very disappointed as Radisson has a very good image and states to be very service minded.

Good and not so good points I feel that this hotel has really struggled through the pandemic probably through no fault of their own. The good points - price is competitive, staff are welcoming and helpful, the location is very convenient (Amtrak station, main routes north and east/west, car rental depot), car parking is plentiful and good value ($5 a day). The not so good - rooms are very dated with worn carpet and furniture, there are no facilities in use at time of writing (pool, breakfast, maid service). Immeadiate area lacks places to eat (with quite a few restaurants nearby apparently permanently closed).
