Horrible stay Holiday Inn Fresno South Utmost frustration and anger regarding the unbearable noise level in my hotel room during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Fresno. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Holiday Inn. I had made a reservation for July 17th, expecting a peaceful and comfortable stay. However, despite being a Platinum member and requesting a Quiet room the room I was assigned turned out to be an absolute nightmare due to its proximity to the highway. The constant noise from passing traffic was deafening and made it impossible for me to get any rest or sleep. I find it unacceptable that Holiday Inn would build such a hotel and place guests in such a noisy and disruptive environment. The lack of soundproofing in the room was evident and it felt as though the traffic was right inside my room. This experience has left me sleep-deprived, frustrated, and thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Holiday Inn. Horrible horrible stay in Holiday Inn Fresno.

Convenient stay Stayed here two nights whilst visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. This had a great location next to many fast food chains so food was always easy to come by. The gentleman that checked us in was great and the room was perfect for the two days that we were there and larger than we thought it would be. Breakfast was decent - good choice of cereals, porridge and freshly made pancakes. Ample car parking space too.

Nice room Had a one nights stay here while travelling around, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms are large with all the usual amenities. I especially liked the Dove bathroom products, it’s nice to see branded items rather than just random stuff. There’s a small pool but the jacuzzi is out of action. There’s several fast food places opposite for a quick bite, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, In & out etc.. The WiFi took three attempts to log in but we got there eventually! The aircon was super cold, way better than the one I had last night in Vegas.

Second stay here. Great stay, Recommended Always a warm welcome at this hotel. The receptionists were super nice to us and very helpful. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice with super clean bathrooms. Lobby was having new tiles laid down so we had to use the back entrance. Nice to see they are maintaining the place. Breakfast was laid out in a back room and you can bag your items and take them to your room. Good for covid safety. No issues with parking and there are a few restaurants close by. Easy to get on the freeway from here. Our room was on the opposite side to the freeway so very quiet . Recommended by Oldbackpack

A Quick Overnight Stay We chose this hotel due to the price and easy location since we had a quick sleep between driving from Phoenix and continuing on to Yosemite. The neighborhood is not a highlight, but it is right off the freeway which makes it convenient. We drove further into Fresno for dinner but there are a couple options nearby. The room was quite spacious and pretty clean. We would recommend furniture updates as it was showing some wear, tear and stains. The rooms and property would benefit from deep cleaning to improve the experience. Sleep quality was good - we didn't notice any noise personally from the freeway. Since we hit the road early we skipped breakfast but a standard setup was being prepared. All in all, a good option for a quick trip and for the price. If we had plans to stay in the city longer, though, we would choose to stay elsewhere.
