Comfortable & Beautiful I traveled along way and came in early morning. The man that was checking me in was very friendly, very professional but more than all made my night and gave me a reason to smile. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 10+ FOR ME!! Reassured me that my stay would be comfortable and accommodated as best as possible. JEROME!! Thank you! Have to acknowledge great people when you see them!

Very satisfied customer. I didn’t know what to expect from this hotel, but I must admit that my hopes weren’t very high. I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I really appreciate the quality of the products; the soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, etc. Most of the staff there were pretty friendly, but this one staff in particular, Jerome I believe, he was exceptional! EXCELLENT customer service!!! Very professional, very polite, very helpful, and VERY ATTRACTIVE. Patient with the perfect sense of humor. The other guests were really friendly too, I had a great experience. Clean, homey, and comfortable. I have zero complaints

Perfection. I was due to arrive at 7pm on my first of three nights here- due to flight delays , I did not walk in to the lobby until almost 2am. I didn’t know what to expect and within seconds my service dog and I were greeted by the kindest gentleman I have ever met behind the desk at a hotel registrar. I asked him what his name was as I had no cash on me to give him a well deserved tip- and he insisted he wouldn’t take one. His name was Jerome. My 10 min interaction with Jerome set the tone for a perfect 3 night stay here at LIVNN IN Findley, MN. I will be staying here any and every time I come to Minneapolis for business. The complimentary breakfast was way beyond expectation and so delicious that they should have charged extra for it. Jerome and the rest of the staff at LIVNN - this seasoned traveler salutes you for an impeccable job very well done. Thank you.

#1 Pick by Lisa My family and I had an awesome stay at the live in in fridley Minnesota the staff were amazing and went over the top to accommodate and make my family feel welcomed and secure. Some examples of exceptional staff were the following Christy manager of hospitality volunteered to dry my family's clean clothes when the dryer in the community laundry room stopped working, and in the meantime my family and I had to check out and could not bring wet clothes along. Christy was able to step in and help problem solve for my family we appreciate her very much. Other staff such as Jalenda and Destiny at the front desk were so accommodating. I booked a night's stay for my family and I, when we arrived for check-in at 3p and our room wasn't ready, then Jalenda was able to give us a 20% discount on the next night we would book. Aside from the caring staff, the hotel room was clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. Breakfast was ready each morning and delicious. Martha, is a staff member in the kitchen and she turned the juice machine back on for my little ones after we'd missed breakfast by a hair. She heard my kiddos say they were thirsty and she turned the juice machine back on for them to get a cup of Orange juice. She didn't have to do that, but she did. I recommend LivInn in Fridley to anyone traveling that need an affordable night's stay. Also, they're close to restaurants and major highways!

I had to go home 6 miles to use the bathroom! I’ve stayed at this hotel, so many times. But entering with new employees who are not equipped with customer service skills is very unprofessional.. Yes, the courtyard is nice. Yes, they have some things remodeled, yes, they have breakfast,but that half cooked . I even checked into my room and Maintenance wanted to come in fixing on some at the bottom of the sink which was very unprofessional as well. The attitudes of the newly hired are ridiculous and very nasty.. I stayed two nights the first night I was in and out due to personal reasons when coming back I just went to sleep. The next morning I noticed the toilet did not work by time it was check out I had already called The front desk to get a nasty response telling me someone will be up there. By that time I was coming out with my things having to use the bathroom not to mention getting out of surgery two days before coming to the hotel for two days so I’m in pain so have to go all the way home, which was 6 miles away to use the bathroom . I was told by the general manager that I’ll be receiving a refund to continue to call two weeks straight and get put on hold and told no manager is available. I never received a refund spent over $160 and never received a phone call back at all. It wasn’t a care in the world for the uncomfortable stay there. That’s insane and even if they rebuild the whole building, without good customer service skills and the understanding from customers will leave a bad taste in anyone’s mouth. I will not recommend no one here. They have lost my services and more once I let my Family and friends of the City Council and Committee know what has taken place.
