THE SPA IS A MUST!! Stayed at the Westin originally for a staycation over the 4th of July. The pool and hotel were great but the true star was the spa! I treated myself to an oxygen facial which was exactly what I needed after drinks and sun. The entire experience was perfection. From the front desk staff, to the attendant….to Margaret who was my aesthetician. Margaret made me feel so comfortable and had such a calming presence that I decided to go back a few weeks later for a body wrap/massage. My first ever and I can not wait to go back and try another treatment! The Westin Spa (Well & Being) is the perfect treat your self experience whether you live in the area or visiting!

An Awesome hotel - Staff are exceptional Hotel was even better than expected - A true Gem. I was really excited to go there after reading the reviews and it was even better in person seeing all the amenities, pool, golf course, etc - exceptionally clean.... The views are spectacular... A little paradise in Frisco, Texas. But was most impressive was the staff overall and especially the outstanding attention to detail and professionalism exuded by Amanda at the front desk. Amanda made us feel at home and was able to make our stay perfect. What was really appreciated, was that after having a minor issue - which Amanda rectified immediately, she continued to follow-up with us to make sure everything was perfect - not once, several times during the stay. WOW! Kudos to the GM at the hotel for finding such great talent. We will definitely return...

Memorial Day weekend My wife and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always loved it. This time, over Memorial weekend, we had another outstanding visit and really enjoyed the outdoor activities. There were events planned over the entire weekend, such as movies on the lawn, cornhole tournament, poolside cookout and even a DJ at the pool. There was also entertainment in the bar on Saturday night. Then on Sunday, they had brunch planned poolside along with a bloody Mary bar and a steel drum entertainer. It was awesome! Be sure to ask about cabana rentals at the pool...another great experience! Regarding our rooms, they were very clean and well appointed. You could tell the hotel had just gone through a major renovation and it looked nice. The staff were all very friendly, in particular the front desk team and our young lady pool server Simmy? We also had excellent service from our valet attendant. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay, and we will be back on our next visit to the area.

Pleasantly Surprised My wife & I wanted a getaway for the weekend and wanted a different hotel experience than the normal Marriott mainstream. We chose the Westin Stonebriar. Nice place. Instead of electing to go to III Forks right close we just went downstairs to the restaurant "Beans &Barrel". We saw the prices and thought maybe we should've gone out. We payed like $34 for the salmon and like 24 for the street tacos for what we felt would be "hotel food". WRONG! It was actually better than a lot of the higher end restaurants we have gone to. It was tastefully & thoughtfully prepared. The taste of everything was several cuts above what we expected. The staff was good especially for how busy they were with the college basketball tournament going on. We will definitely go back even if it's just to eat. Dim the lights a little bit and its 100% there. Oh,had live music too. Drinks were creatively inspired & nice also. Money well spent!

Has potential, needs to clean up a few things Stayed here for a nearby basketball tournament and was overall impressed with this property. I stay at Marriotts all the time but never a Westin. The main entrance is a smorgasbord of stops between the golf club "pro shop" adjacent to check in, the cafe on the other side, and a lot of seating on the way over to the meeting rooms. The lobby as a whole still ends up being pretty spacious. Food from the cafe is acceptable, wish the prices were a tad lower as I paid over $10 for just milk and a breakfast burrito. My room was where this place lost a star. The sheets had dried blood on them, completely uncharacteristic and unacceptable for a property of this caliber, and the room itself was very spacious, but almost too bland. The room would have been better served with at least a picture on a wall somewhere. I also don't like these new bathrooms that have light switches outside the room, sliding doors everywhere including the shower, but guess that's the way things are going. Besides the bed sheets, room was clean. Mattress was comfortable and not too saggy or stiff, pillows always seem to be a little too soft for me but no big deal. Walls were a bit thin to the point that I could hear my neighbor pretty easily, but it wasn't a big issue either. Windows however were very soundproof as some workers were doing construction on the new pool below me and I couldn't hear a thing from them. The front desk agent, Kara, really went above and beyond for me with printing a few items on consecutive days since the hotel does not have a business center, so kudos to her.
