Meh Located on the outskirts of historic Galena, this hotel commands big city prices with low-level amenities. The rooms are sparsely appointed (even the premium ones) with low lighting, small televisions, and a very limited number of quality viewing options (direct TV only, no movie channels or streaming services.). The pool and hot tub are appointed with kitchen towel-size towels for guests (really?), and the complimentary morning breakfast is standard Best Western fare at Hilton room prices. Do yourself a solid and book a room at one of the many historic inns in town. The price will be similar, but you'll at least get some character and added convenience.

Best hotel I have stayed in in quite a while!! This hotel was more than 5 stars! Chet, front desk clerk, bartender, and everything else, went above and beyond what is required. He was friendly, helpful and very accommodating and always with a smile! The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I would stay again whenever I come to Galena.

Sad Booked thru Priceline 3 months ago reserved a king suite and arrived an got 2 queens they said because I booked thru someone else did not get my room I booked an checked in at 3 not like I was late besides them really half this hotel most likely booked thru someone else did they all get a different room an stayed here a month ago no problems never again an rude person checking us in I own a business an he had a terrible comparison to why I got a different room so let’s get some professional people so sorry would not recommend will not back an come to galena often

Loved the pool The best feature and one of many is the large warm water (heated) Lap pool. There is also a large whirlpool. A little over 20 yards in length. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very close to downtown Galena. Just down the road from a Walmart and a Culvers.

Nice hotel. Nice clean, updated hotel. Good service from friendly staff. Close to the shops (short drive) in the business district. We reserved a "studio suite", which is actually an oversized standard room with a sofa. The breakfast is limited, but good.
