Best experience called Luis Luis the waiter at the Bjiggers lounge is the best waiter I ever have experienced... in fact he is truly an experience. Luis has a great for the guest relations here, and anyone can tell that he loves what he does in this hospitality industry. He makes this company look good. People like Luis deserves a raise or even bonuses to keep him here. Luis is hospitality personified

Avoid This place is very rough. needs a lot of work done. From caulking and mildew on the tub to an extremely dirty shower head. Who knows when the carpet was cleaned, used a damp towel and wiped the carpet and came back filthy dirty. Very gross. The electric window blinds did not work, tub had excessive squeaking. Bad choice staying here.

Great Customer Service! Very kind and accommodating staff. Especially Robert Sanchez, our waiter in the restaurant. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness was refreshing for weary travelers! Would highly recommend staying here and dining in!

Memorial Day 2023 Service and greetings were amazing, need more strict rules, there was people smoking drugs outside on their balconies. Crazy if youre single i recommend it if you have family i dont at all. Services were amazing.

Disappointed Way overpriced. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. But the public areas give a feel of at outdated, old, dingy hotel. The main and elevator floors are dirty. Very off putting. The rooms have a damp feel. The first room I was put in had a horrible musty (smoke?) smell. The second room better but still damp and musty. Hard to sleep in a damp room. I was in a hurry to book and I didn't read reviews. The location was very close to where I needed to be. WAY overpriced! This hotel is maybe worth $150 a night due to location on beach. Not $379!!! I have this sick feeling that I get when I waste a bunch of money _
