Family fun. Love the pool. Love the kids activities! Nikki is the best Only thing to recommend is that some activities were not happening that was written on “daily activity “ sheet. Gift shop is never open. Atm is broken so you cant play in arcade unless you have cash. No more tokens

Much Needed Break My stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond. Ivy making sure we had all we needed. Courtney sharing what to see while we are here. Most importantly Ivan who took care of us at the pool and everyone he came in contact with. He was kind, hard working, and a pleasure to get to know. Now for the negative, this place makes you not want to go back to the real world. We will be back and I encourage others to go to.

Rooms need help. Still, Family friendly because of Courtney! The hotel definitely needs some repairs. But it is extremely family friendly and very convenient to the beach. Literally right across the street and walking distance to Ihop and rainforest cafe. Despite our issues with the room, Courtney in the children’s area was the biggest highlight of our stay. This girl is amazing! She not only makes it fun for the kids, she really cares about them and is a sweetheart. She has a great memory too. She remembered us from last year‘s visit and we only stayed there one day last year. Despite many room issues we will probably go back next year because of their unique emphasis they put on the children and because Courtney made it a great stay.

A Must Stay in Galveston Courtney was awesome, gave us a list of great places to eat. Every room is a ocean view very relaxing with nice pool and hot tub. Live Music Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful too. A must stay when going to Galveston

Great for families Courtney in the kids club was great! My girls loved the activities and entertainment. We enjoyed popcorn, snowcones, movies, art, ice cream, face painting, balloon animals, and games. They pool was nice and central location for the hotel.
