Van's compassionate, thorogh assistance made my stay at the San Luis in Galveston absolutely awesome. I recently spent a few days at the San Luis Resort and Spa Center. Van, at the guest desk, provided exceptional customer service. She attentively listened to my needs, exceptionally addressed details and immediately resolved concerns. I look forward to soon return as a guest at the San Luis Resort and Spa.

Horrible Most horrible experience of my life. They accused me of smoking by pool and I dont even smoke. And charge my account 1200 in fines. It cost me my relationship and they wouldn't even care. Slept in car after paying 450 a night. Managment just didn't care they think they can get away with it.

Great stay! We always love coming to the San Luis - lobby looks great after reconstruction. We always love coming around the Christmas holiday to see all the beautiful decor! Marc Anthony was very courteous and polite at check in and explained the new wristbands and other amenities. We will be back soon!

I will be back. I reserved a room for my mother and aunt in December and I know that they will have the same experience Yalls server went down the first morning with the breakfast but yall were promptly there to correct it and provide me with a voucher for some very good coffee. Ms. Van was a blessing as well by helping me set up my landry select account and my mothers reservation

CAN I MOVE I PERMANENTLY? I don't even know where to begin with how phenomenal this resort was. I was on the island for a few days researching properties for rent long-term . I chose San Luis due to location, with no prior knowledge of the resort. It was perfection from start to finish. Upon check-in, BRANDON & MARKANTHONY greeted me like a family member coming for Thanksgiving dinner. They explained all stipulations and amenities of the resort throughly. These 2 have upper-management, no doubt, in their future. The room was fantastic. Clean and spacious. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Don't even get me started on the restaurants. You won't have to leave the resort to eat, because there's 3 Diamond eateries on premises. Blake's nailed it for dinner the 1st night. Grotto's reminded me of Little Italy in New York City the 2nd night, and The Steakhouse was the perfect last meal on the final night. Major thumbs up to all 3 kitchen staffs and FOH staff. I want to buy a room here. I'm going back in a few weeks, just cause I want to re-live the experience. Thanks San Luis. I'm coming back.
