Old world elegance and service in today’s modern world What an absolutely amazing experience we had here. Such impeccable service and old world charm. Everyone, from the front desk to the numerous gentlemen opening doors and helping with luggage, to room service , was excellent and so accommodating. The food and restaurants on the premises were surprisingly very good, which can be unusual for large hotels. We never got to use many of the perks available ( the gym, pool etc), but how nice to know they are there for your enjoyment. We definitely need to spend a few extra days next time. If we had to come up with any suggested improvement, it would be the air conditioning in the rooms. It was like an airplane landing every ten minutes. Modern technology might be needed in the world of room air conditioning. Other than that, the place and service is absolutely outstanding.

Amazing stay in Garden City Very clean hotel with amazing staff that are always available. Located very close to other dining and shopping options and getting into the city is extremely easy with the train station across the street. Free parking is always an added bonus too :)

Amazing hotel The hotel was so clean and beautiful but the service was 10/10. John the head bellhop did an amazing job of welcoming me to the hotel. He showed me all around the hotel and brought all my bags into my room. John even hung up all my dresses in the closet! He was a great representation of the hotel and its 5 star service!

One night stay My wife and I recently stayed at this property while in the area for a concert at Jones Beach Theater. It was also our wedding anniversary, and the staff at the Garden City Hotel went above and beyond to welcome us and help us celebrate. We had dinner at the King bar, which was amazing. The rooms are clean and accommodating, and the bedding is quite comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone passing through Garden City!

Unforgettable experience Service and location of the hotel was above average. I have stayed several times, but this stay was a complete week and we saw how attentive the staff is during our stay. I booked two rooms and Andrew Gee made us feel really at home. We had family staying close by so this hotel was perfect for our family gatherings.
