Go somewhere else The room itself was nice. It was clean (besides a live bug stuck in a frame in the bathroom) and spacious—which I appreciate. That is the only reason for two stars. (The restaurant staff were polite too). The service at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced: lackadaisical front desk staff, broken elevators, missing luggage carts, dirty floors in restaurant, etc. Honestly I would pay a little more and avoid this hotel.

Hotel still under construction The hotel was undergoing construction to the lobby, which was supposed to be completed in June. We just finished our stay and the construction is far from complete. There is no seating in the lobby, so if you are waiting on a ride, you have to stand. Also, during our stay, we didn't have hot water one morning. May not seem like a problem, but when you have traveled across the country, the last thing you want is a freezing cold shower. Our room did get cold air but the hotel itself was very stuffy. I am usually a cold person and wear a sweatshirt, but when sitting in the atrium, I was starting to sweat. Long story short, there are many hotels to choose from in Anaheim.

Thank you for the hospitality and amazing stay! Me and my family stood here for 4 days and 3 nights. Definitely one of the best hotels I've been to in a while! The hotel is beautiful! When we checked in, there was an issue with our AC unit but nonetheless, they took care of us asap. Although it is under remodeling, we never experienced any issues of it being too loud or any inconvenience because of it. We forgot it about it because it was that quiet! So don't let the reviews fool you. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. My wife and son always looked forward to breakfast in the morning. It was VERY close to Disneyland which helped out SO MUCH. 10/10!! I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you to all the friendly staff members and your hospitality!

Lifetime Diamond here. Disappointing. Lifetime Diamond here. Disappointing. Roses: *Bar staff was friendly. Food at bar was decent. *Off of main road, so noise from street tolerable. *Extra large room was large. *Price was reasonable. Thorns: *Bed was rock hard. If you are medium or soft bed preference, don’t stay here. Shoulder and hip pain woke me up multiple times. *After three night stay, when I walked out at 6:15am and dropped off my keys, the young man at the front desk never looked up from his iPhone where he was watching cartoons (seriously). No, “Thank you.” No, “Have a nice day”. WTH. *Web site said lobby was under construction. All good. Did not say that fitness center was closed. I brought workout clothes. Oops. *Small things: (A) powdered eggs at Buffett…really? Powdered eggs. I know powdered eggs because I mixed the sacks with oil at a Holiday Inn in my youth. Yuck. (B) Fruit at Buffett was inedible. (C) No coffee mugs at Buffett like Embassy Suites usually has.(D) Rooms did not have real glasses, just paper.

Best Family Vacation Ever Amazing Stay! Family and I couldn't be happier! This was our first family trip together and I must say, the staff at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South, did not disappoint us. Even being under reservations, they worked with what they had and with a smile. Liliana, Frank, Anthony and the lady making the omelettes are the true definition of hospitality at its best. We will definitely be making this hotel our go to spot for future stays! Thank all of you.
