False advertising! Don’t waste money on this establishment. Let me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!

Local stay This place is not a place I would ever recomend to anyone . There so many people who work in the front desk that everyone has there own idea on prices and there all different. Besides the rude way that they treat you and forget you are paying over 100 dollars a night the rooms are old very dark and has ants and bugs . The key to the door don’t work well . Everyday I had to go to office or ask housekeeping to open my door . Now housekeeping is very nice management needs to take a class from them on how to treat there customers . great staff :) the first time i ever came here i was in a super rush. the service desk person is the HONEST reason why i returned. its not the fancy IF THATS WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. "but"-the rooms where clean, full size pillows, wifi does work-that's important to me! all the appliances worked, the stays that i've been there i saw no roaches, rodents, insects, hanging out, loud music, broken down cars are anything along those lines. there's free breakfast other than muffins. its near two shopping centers that houses starbucks, 99 cent store, baskin robbins, cvs and vons-that's nice to know and near a park. i'm there for work not leisure. great price to sleep, use wifi, working tv{decent size, i do add} with a signal to view paid channels and receive local channels{I HAVE BEEN IN A 4 STAR THAT DIDN'T HAVE WORKING CHANNELS AS WELL AS A 4 STAR THAT LOST ITS WIFI CONNECTION!}. i plan to book again if i'm assigned back to that area.

I liked staying there Stayed for 3 nights for business. Nothing fancy but quite decent inn for the price. Staff are friendly. Continental breakfast is ready at 6:30 am. Quiet at night was good for me. I didn't use but there is a swimming pool. It should be good for family traveler. ビジネスで3泊しました。特にお洒落なものも無いINNタイプの施設です。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリー。朝食は6:30から食べられます。夜は静かで良かったです。私は使いませんでしたが、プールがあるので家族で旅行される方には良いと思います。

Budget friendly over night stay with kids We were just looking for a safe, clean place to stay cheap while we went to Universal Studios, and that's what we got. Room was clean and actually quite nice. We thought the beds were hard, but they were very nice and the firmness was just a personal preference. The area was mostly quiet. Breakfast was awful - sugary packaged pastries, toast and the standard waffle maker, OJ and coffee. It would have made a huge difference to have bagels and cereal, but it was free and at least got us on the road. Would probably look somewhere else for a better breakfast, but if that's not what you're interested in, this place was great.
