Disappointed customer service! The room with 2 double beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. The check in and check out customer service was not very good. Front desk all three times we encountered them were very rude and short with us. They were unhappy and not helpful, they did not know what stores or restaurants were with in walking distance. We figured it on our own. We left our jackets in the room by mistake and called while on the road to have them shipped to us. The front desk clerk was not helpful, she acted as though we were bothering her day of sitting. We requested a manager and she didn’t know when one would be available. It was really frustrating. We are still waiting for resolution. We will not be staying at that resort again, there were several other resorts in the area with much better customer service and amenities. Disappointed!!

Don’t both with this one!! Called a month + in advance to book a ground floor since I have bad knees. Was put on the second floor at the farthest end away from elevator or breakfast room. Rooms outdated. No fan in bathroom. Small square pillows. Horrible mattress!! Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid! Noise at night very loud!

Vacation Parking lot is very small and limited. Clerk moved his own car one night so we had a place to park. They rent spaces out to the public tha isn't even staying there. Elevator was broke. Vending machines were empty. Rooms were partially cleaned every other day.

Horrible The room service was horrible! We had to go to the office to get new towels, they never put clean sheets on the bed. Took trash out only after we complained. They don't vacuum or clean the room on our stay. We stayed 5 days and never cleaned unless we complained. Never again I will stay here. I will pay for parking and stay elsewhere. I recommend to all...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Go somewhere else Go somewhere else. The room was updated and decent. The breakfast was mediocre. There is no fitness facility despite what is posted. If that is a priority, go somewhere else. The location is good, but there are better options. The pools are tiny. The pictures misrepresent the size and quality. I'm on day 4 and have had towels replaced once. The trash has not been removed amd has overflowed. No new coffee or cups in the room (not once). No new toilet paper, so I hope you can hold it in. I've had to get it from the desk. Parking is awful. Elevator is not reliable. A/c sounds like a mack truck. Go somewhere else. Room 112.
