Not a great experience We are checked in here tonight 8/6-8/8. The property itself seems reasonable. However to get into our room after scanning card I had to physically kick in the door. By the looks of it many other people probably had to do this too. The toilet was not attached to the floor so every time somebody sat dow the toilet shifted as well as the seat coming off.

Comfort or Convenace? where to start??? Ok let's get out of the car, and head to the elevator. parking lot was beyond dirty, trash laying on the ground. Now lets go in the elevator, smells like pee. The doors to the rooms ae offset, which makes them look open. Walk in to the room you start to smell mold. walk in the bathroom and yep there it is!!!!! The furnishings are fine nothing great but not broken either. Bed slept well. No blanket on the bed just a couple of sheets but they were clean. the Door to the balcony would stick. For convenance it is well worth it, with in walking distance to anything you want to do in town. For comfort not so much. So you gotta ask yourself do I want comfort or convenance?

Bad Experience just book another place They have a Great Location in the mid of downtown Gatlinburg (walking distance to all the Fun) is the only positive thing i can say about this Hotel. Breakfast area is really small impossible to sit during AM Bf time not enough food for those people in the hotel that morning There is a Black Bear that lives in the hotel property that is hanging around the hotel all day and night. That Room floor was Dirty also that Bathroom Towels and Sheets were Ok ( but this place really needs a renovation!) Our Room was in front of the Pool Area. OMG! trash and Party Day or Night. Kids diving yelling and crying day and Night , I was trying to sleep after the long drive. but with all that noise it was impossible, there was No control or supervision of staff or employes. They Must have a Pool Schedule like all the decent Hotels, In consideration of other guests. The Following morning ..................TRASH everywhere!!! People levee trash on Halls outside their rooms and that attracts Bears! They don't want to pay 1-2 extra employees that take care of the premises during night (very needed) ---------------------------all for $160 dls. a night

Never stay there any more. Man at desk during the day did nothing to help you place was dirty tile laying on floor in bathroom. door to patio barely closed enough to lock it, Gap all all the way around door. No wash cloths one towel was dirty with foot prints. d been cut to pot fire place in dod not trim it with anything. Went to breakfast at 8am one day and 9am next day nothing to eat but cold cereal and man at desk just stood there not offering to let anyone know they needed to put more food out. The mirror beside entrance door looked like it was half washed. Walk ways and patio was dirty. Garbage set by elevator for 2 days where someone had just throwed it there instead of using garbage can. Parking in the garage was terrible .Every year for last 3 years have went there thinking it would change like they keep saying they would and it gets worse. Just as dirty and unmanaged just like years before. Will not take a chance and stay there any more. There were several families while we were there took luggage to room came back out and went and got there money back. Hopefully it was refunded. Several came in looked at the place and left. You dont go on vacation to stay in filth

Dirty There was no wash cloth. The tile in bathroom was off the rug had been cut out for fire place had tack board sticking up. We both stepped on it. Went 2 mornings for breakfast once 9am another 8 no eggs not biscuits. Place was dirty and disgusting. Last 2 years we stayed no changes were done .worse then last time. They say they will make changes never do. Towel was dirty I started to use. Doors didn't even fit. Patio door was so loose barely locked. You could pull on it and it would open.
