Rockywaters in Gatlinburg TN I wasn’t happy with my hotel at all they cleaned up when they wanted too! Plus it didn’t have a hot tub liked they told us it would and it wasn’t close enough to the activities, I had to drive which I hated doing that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good place to stay Went here for a weekend trip and the check in was great and it is in a great location. Our room was nice and you can see where they have updated the room. The ceiling did look a bit rough and the tv was not the greatest but everything else was wonderful. The room was very clean when we arrived. The toilet in our bathroom was stained and looked a bit gross. But overall great place to stay and the staff that we did encounter was very pleasant.

Needs upgrading and general upkeep The motel was nice but there was an outside door that was open 24 hours a day. Breakfast was not as described....no waffles, eggs, only cereal and yogurts. The rooms gad a weird smell too. Pool was clean but hot tub was cold the first couple nights and our kids were disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I stayed here February 2020 and it was a good buy. Room with double beds, no problems. Upon returning in February 2021 things have changed and here is a list. 1. I couldn’t check in at check in time due to poor staff and management 2. Front desk management was rude and lied. 3. The KING room I booked had paint dripping down the walls. 4. There was a pair of old socks in the room that were not mine. 5. The ceiling had cracks 2 massive cracks in it. 6. The hot water kept coming on and off. 7. SPIDER. 8. Staff wasn’t even at hotel upon checkout had to drive to their OTHER location. Please stay anywhere else. It doesn’t matter the price, do not go to this hotel. Please hire good staff and CLEAN YOUR HOTEL.

Basic. Location was convenient for the price, but the room itself smelt like paint the entire stay. We could hear every noise outside, and every noise to our next door neighbors, literally until 240 in the morning. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands with, there was a coffee maker with pods but no cups, sugar, anything to stir with etc... for the price you pay it is mediocre.
