They check us in a occupied room, indoor pool as rsa and water ice cold. The inoor pool area ice cold, pool ice cold water, the hot tub out of order ,exercise area closed. The state there is coffee and snacks available at front desk, however at 8am still no snacks for early risers wanting something to get them started. When you book this on the phone directly with front desk they should advise you of the issues that they are experiencing. Checked in they gave us our keys and room info, went to room open door and there was someone's luggage and stuff in there, they gave us a room where it was already occupied.
We booked this motel for indoor pool for my medical needs and for convention location.

A Hidden Treasure in Gatlinburg TN We stayed for the first time here in Nov for our Anniversary. We'd driven by it for years not realizing just what was hidden from the street view. Booking was easy and the front desk staff were very nice.
WOW it's a pretty drive back into the property of the place. The creek runs through the middle of the property which has ia bridge over it. We stayed middle ways in on the 2nd floor which has an outside glass elevator. The room amazed us. It was tongue-n groove wood walls and ceiling. No carpet which is great if you have allergies! We had a king bed, great firm mattress with a fireplace, love seat, coffee table & a hot tub. The back of the room had a closet with a safe, then a long countertop with a small kitchen sink with a cabinet under it, a mini fridge underneath and another cabinet under the single laboratory. The toilet and shower was at the end of this small room with a door closing it off. The toilet and shower area was small for my liking, that's the Only thing for me as a female I would have liked more space in.
The room was much larger than a standard hotel room and had a 2 chair sette' outside the door. Other toom avail do have balconies.
We loved it. It's walking distance to restaurants, the strip and a trolley stop. OH, they also have a guest continental breakfast and evening milk and cookies!!
I almost Don't want to share this place as it's a hidden Treasure and now our 'Special Place.'
We've booked our new years stay already!!

Needs new buyer and a makeover It is really a shame that beautiful location and Inn is going downhill. My wife was at the pool with the grandkids and saw a group come thru looking at the property. We hope its new buyers willing to do the needed repairs. I say this out of love for this place as we have been staying here for over 40 years. We know what to expect when we come and are prepared. Everything needs an update, from the website to the indoor pool. Heated pool open but heater not working. Outdoor pool is closed, but website says its open. Before Covid, they had a nice breakfast, not anymore. We keep saying we are going elsewhere but keep coming back. Please make repairs and do a makeover as we love the stream.

Zoders Is a decent place to stay. Service is really great the room a little small but nice has ramps instead of stears handicap accessible. Was going to get in hot tub was broken not heated the pool felt better. Balcony overlooking the creek was nice but need to cut some of the tree limbs back so can see it better. Hopefully any of you stay here some of the stuff will be fixed.

First and probably last visit Seen this place for years and finally decided to try it. It’s a very old hotel and its shows. The room was clean but very odd with appearances of old and slight updates in the room, it’s bizarre. Old wallpaper that’s peeling off the walls, old curtains, and then some spots of updated wood like you’d see on the inside of a cabin. Bathroom area looks mostly updated but very poor drainage in the tub, standing water for hours. The balcony was nice but views of neighboring mountain coaster right in your face and the lights from next door cause your room to be lit all night. No privacy on the balcony. The tv picture quality was fuzzy. The beds roll around when you sit on them and not very comfortable. The pillows were so flat. The walkways have carpet that is dirty and old looking. The place needs a lot of updating and maintenance.
