No service Several issues we had and I went to the front desk because my phone was broken and never fixed as promised. The bathroom was nasty, the walls had not been cleaned from some liquid was thrown on the walls, there was hair and other debris on the floor and I didn’t walk barefoot. I took pictures, reported to front desk and housekeeper when they came to give me some pillows.

Average Stay. 41 Lakefront Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is conveniently located off of Route 20 in the city of Geneva. This hotel is located on the north shore of Lake Seneca. Hotel is proximal to Hobart and William Smith campuses. On-site restaurant but did not utilize at the time of my stay. Several dining establishments are near the hotel, but not within walking distance. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable. Main lobby and corridors were clean and well kept. Hotel features six floors with only two elevators; one elevator was disabled at the time of my visit. Business Class guest room was spacious with modern amenities. The landline phone was nonfunctional at the time of my visit; issue was reported to staff. The guest room living area was relatively clean and furnishings comfortable however a hair scrunchie and some food debris were present behind couch and nightstands. The guest bath was clean. Guest room window exterior featured many live and dead insects as well as spiders and respective spun webs. Seagulls nested on the hotel roof and frequented the hotel grounds and lake shore. Natural green algae bloom in Lake Seneca was present at the time of my stay. A persistent unpleasant and rotten odor prevailed outside the hotel and grounds due to the algae bloom; the bloom diminished at the time of my departure. Fitness center located in the center of the complex was clean and featured basic, yet modern equipment. Small indoor swimming pool available; did not use at the time of my stay. Ample parking available. Traffic noise from busy Route 20 did not present a problem. Overall average experience and I would consider staying at a different hotel again in the future when visiting the Geneva area.

Disappointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean.... however, the rest of the room needed a thorough dusting and cleaning. Our room smelled of nail polish remover, it had to of been spilled on the carpet, it was so strong. There were gnats that annoyed us during our whole stay. I did kill a big spider in the bathroom and there were other bugs, lots of dust, cobwebs toward the ceiling. The cost was $350 for one night and assumed to be more of an upscale hotel. Upon checkout the representative asked me how our stay was - I'm not a complainer and always try to be kind & tactful - yah I was blown off... Ugh, big disappointment.

Blah experience; scenic location. Food was surprisingly good and dining room is pleasant. Room was so-so for the price; nothing special. Good location. Pleasant enough staff. In general hotel experiences post- pandemic are underwhelming and overpriced. So the 41 Lakefront was typical - big chain hotels seem to have had their day.

Views, large park and lake shore walks. Good food in hotel. Title says it all ... Easy access for us and our pet to the wonderful outside lakeshore. Bartender was so enjoyable and had us eating dinner at the bar every night
