Front desk terrible treatment The room was excellent, venders excellent, front desk was horrible, no atm had to walk to another building to get cash out, tried to get me to pay an early check-in fee, computer and internet were terrible! Good conversation with different people from the bar.

Great Hotel for Conferences and Events This hotel is pretty great, especially for conferences and other events. Check in was very smooth and easy. The woman at the check in was very kind, if i remembered her name I would say, she even upgraded us for free when we asked about the poolside rooms. She then gave us a description of the fastest ways to get to our room via their various entrances and parking lots. The room was a decent walk from the elevator so we definitely got out steps in but that’s understandable for a hotel of this size. The room itself was very clean and well kept. My only complaint was that it was hot in the room when we initially entered but by the time we went to eat and came back, it was nice and cool. The deli in the hotel was well stocked but we didn’t get a chance to get food from it. The pool area and the pool itself were very clean and well kept and the water was the perfect temperature. The room was very quiet at night even though there was a large conference group staying on our floor. There was a very wide variety of options for breakfast, too many to list here. Check out was just a smooth as check in. Only complaint about the place is that the larger luggage carts, which we used because we had a lot of items and luggage, are tricky to fit inside the elevator. It takes some Tetris skills but this cad a very minor issue. Overall it was a great stay.

Bike week visit Great place to stay. A little out of town peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. We have stayed there 7 times. We were here for Bike Week and the staff was amazing. They are getting ready to freshen up the courtyard next month. Can't wait to see it. We will be back.

Is this part of the ghost tour? There was a tick in the bed when we first arrived. The pool looked like a swamp. It had a film of hair, oil and bacteria? on the top of it, garbage and torn up pool noodles everywhere. Resembled a chicken noodle soup made with pool noodles. The day we arrived there was some sort of convention or sporting thing with hundreds of children, going on so it was packed with kids and parents slapping pool noodles super loud until 10 at night.

Ruined our Holiday weekend We are currently staying here for Memorial day weekend. This hotel is in extreme disrepair. There are random broken equipment in many stairwells and entrances. Everywhere you look there is something broken or dirty. What is worst overall is the smell. It smells terrible in the entire complex. Hallways, lobby and especially the rooms. The pool area smells just awful and is in terrible disrepair. The pool is dirty and hazy. The rooms are in bad shape, smell awful and not really that clean. The bathroom had so much hair in the shower. I had to clean the entire room upon check in. I checked the beds and they actually look ok. However, It’s so bad, we are moving to a different hotel tomorrow. We booked Sat-Monday but we can’t stay here a second longer. So we are losing money by booking somewhere else. If we could we would have left tonight. The front desk has a line of people at all times. I can see that they are trying to renovate some items but it’s just not enough. We wanted a nice relaxing trip for our kids and wound up with this horrible experience. It’s shameful to charge so much money for absolutely terrible conditions.
