Excellent facilities and great staff Great place to break off a journey. Checkin was easy and quick. Room good size and v comfortable bed n pillows. The pool is well set up. Of course it's busy with children, swimming lessons (good!) But after 5pm it's quiet. Diner and breakfast were both excellent and plentiful. Top marks to all the staff...always helpful and smiling....Will return...well done!

Excellent Spa treatment Rachel at the spa was fantastic. I had a deep tissue which really helps with chronic pain. Total relaxation. The relaxation room could maybe do with a spruce but would really recommend. Definitely be good to include robes in all packages. Feel if you’re paying full price it’d make sense to have one? They did provide it when asked.

Hotel in decline Big let down place is run down swimming pool had hygiene issues when there & cleanliness in room was not good hairs in bath marks on bedding the restaurant was ok decent prices the reception staff where friendly & efficient the breakfast was good overall ok.

Amazing spa day at the westerwood Always amazing service at the Westerwood, been coming here for 10+ years and it’s such a lovely place. Julie was my therapist today and she was unreal, such an amazing person and I had such a great massage, can’t wait to visit again in the future.

All in all a nice time with friendly wait staff. Rooms are comfortable, food was quite tasty aswell, it is a nice place to be with great hilly views. Waiting staff were super friendly and polite, Kara,Evie,Sean were pleasant but Eloisa helped us the most with the serving at lunch, taking care of the majority of the order.
