Great Stay Due to the coronavirus my group was stuck in Arizona. We grabbed this hotel as a place to stay for the night. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Everybody was very satisfied with the accommodation for the night. Casey did a great job checking our group quickly.

Go in the summer Disaster, booked bed unavailable, AC ran all night controller not functional. Room near 50 degree F. Water pipes clogged with scale, trickle sink only. Bed old. AC noise level like being next to running locomotive, ran all night. Door dead bolt did not work. In the morning lobby out of coffee, breakfast kitchen not open on Weekends. I think that’s about all

Nice and clean Its nice and clean place to stay in Glendale, nothing special. It is kind of confusing to find this place because it is situated inside the university and it doesn't have its own entrance. You don't get much service from front desk and the free breakfast is not worth the time but its okay since room price is reasonable.

Comfortable & Cozy We've stayed here when it was the Thunderbird and last year stayed when it changed to ACC. The rooms are nice, quiet & the staff is nice... We love that we can walk to our son's house (only 2 miles). The little sitting area outside in the middle is a great place to have coffee morning or night! We love it there.

Hard to find This is located on campus with no good side. We just got lucky to spot it. Room was quiet though a bit dated. Ice was a building over on the second floor. Pool was nice though shared with kids who live on campus
