Protesters making noise and otherwise poorly operated. Do not come to this hotel. The unionized staff are protesting, and while it’s certainly their right, it’s a cacophony of drums, horn blowing and chanting at all hours of the day, starting at 7 am, clearly designed to ruin our experience so management will cave to their demands. The hotel doesn’t care that it’s interrupting our sleep, interfering with our peace and quiet, etc., and the police say there’s nothing they can do, even though the activities are clearly in violation of the local noise ordinance. I can also confirm the comments of other guests about bad shower pressure and similar issues. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel.

Good but needs update Good but needs update. Hotel was a bit outdated. Breakfast seems a bit expensive for the offerings but with receiving as a hilton gold member 18$ credit its oke. It is a nice area and conveniently located with easy road access and shops and restaurants nearby.

TERRIBLE Shower TERRIBLE shower. Hardly enough water pressure to wash the soap off. Bathroom sink faucet had very little water flow. Filling a small coffee cup with water took a minute or so. Restaurant was also disappointing. Chicken wings that had BBQ sauce dumped all over them. They were "swimming" in sauce! Finally, never could connect to the WiFi--would not let me log in. I had to use my phone instead. I'm a Diamond member and I won't stay at this hotel again.

NOT the Hilton service I've known Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with accommodation for a business trip. The WiFi speed will not support video conferencing. After spending over an hour with IT on my first night trying to find out how I could get the "premium" WiFi access, I was told by a front desk attendant that even if I paid for it, "it's no faster than the standard speed" which is free. I was also told that I could "go next door and try there". I burned through a month's worth of personal hotspot to attend a video conference that lasted one day. When I checked in, I asked that my room be turned over daily and indicated that I would put the privacy hang tag on days when I did not want the room changed. When I turned down the bed to go to sleep the first night, there were blood spots on the sheets with no housekeeping to change them out. Coming back to the hotel on my last day, after a LONG day, I stopped by the desk and asked for a bottle of water. The reception clerk asked my room number, spent an inordinately long time reviewing on his computer to tell me that I had been given one when I checked in five days ago and couldn't have another. I retuned to my room to find that the room had not been turned over as requested, after not having had the room serviced the day before. Long story short, the customer experience is definitely not what I've known the Hilton to be, and I've stayed in many across the globe. There are better options than this one. Take any of them.

Great breakfast Our hotel room was a little dated and neither the fridge or telephone worked. Access to the self parking garage was hit and miss. But the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had at a Hilton in the United States. Rosie provided friendly, efficient and attentive service.
