Jeremy and Staff are amazing! Jeremy and the staff were absolutely amazing! The rooms are clean and customer service is excellent. Firepits on the mountainside for evening ambiance. Indoor hot tub in December! Minutes to the Glenwood Hot Springs! _ Definitely recommend!

A reasonable option for a one night stay Stayed one night on way back to home from a week of hiking in Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Canyonlands and Arches National Parks in a second floor, double queen room. Older property but reasonably updated but room could use better lighting or lighter paint to make the room not feel so small. Despite BW website, ALL rooms are pet-friendly. Front desk staff enthusiastic and proud of their property and did a good job with check in and dinner recommendations. Breakfast was adequate but not nearly as exciting as the front desk staff indicated the night before.

Fantastic Pool and Spa. Free Bikes. The room was spacious, convenient and clean and the bed was both comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great and included in the price.

Brand new remodel The hotel was being updated (which is fine) their signs could have been a bit better guiding traffic to the main office, we parked and walked up. The front desk was outside due to the remodel & I felt like I was in Mexico, they greeted us with smiles, laughter, very energetic, happy and it was nice since we were on vacation/1 year anniversary. The rooms are re-modeled & are pretty. I do wish there was better lightening (us women like to see our faces as we put make-up on) the telephones in the rooms did not work, I wanted to add another pillow to the bed & I couldn't reach the front desk. There is a vending machine that does not accept quarters for payment & it was $3.00 for each item EXPENSIVE. The pool & hot tub were not open (which is fine, cuz we went to Iron Mountain) but they could have told me that when I booked this hotel.
