Very nice stay, with some areas for improvement! Overall, a very nice experience. The location is fantastic and can’t be beat, the decor and ambiance are fun and carry an aura of chic nostalgia. Bed was comfortable and room size decent for what we expected. Would probably stay again but might consider less expensive alternatives. Parking is $20 per night in an off site (but close) lot. Would be nice if this could be tied to room key instead of having a separate paper ticket to hold on to. Housekeeping service could be improved. I think it is reasonable to expect daily trash removal, change of towels, and replacement of toiletries/used cups/mugs without having to ask especially for a $300+ room rate.

Good Value in Glenwood Springs Pros: huge room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Tastefully decorated and wonderful location providing easy access to downtown. Good value. Cons: hotel was noisy (AC, elevator, upstairs) plus our alarm went off, unplanned, at 6:00AM! Hot water in shower took 20+ minutes to come through. Parking is $20/day if you aren’t lucky enough to find street parking (we were) or are staying multiple nights. This was a fine hotel for one night in Glenwood Springs. The “cons” mentioned above might put me off booking multiple nights on a future stay.

Fun times in glenwood Great location if you are visiting the roaring fork valley. Two blocks from the heart of downtown glenwood springs and walking distance to the glenwood hot springs! Rooms have been remodeled nicely and is a very comfortable stay for anyone looking to visit!

Pleasant Was a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were kept clean. Cant beat the location right in the middle of everything. Unique decor goes with the historic nature of the building. Would stay again in the future for sure.

Greeted by great staff and blown away by the character of the rooms. Clean charming great location Wow! What an experience! Clean as a whistle, friendly staff and the location is the best in the city! 10 stars!!! Went with my son Harper and my expectations were exceeded by the charm and character of this place. I'll never settle for less going forward.
