Coeliac friendly hotel with great staff. A wonderful few days at the hotel with friends. Erin on reception helped me to take over a room of someone who had to leave early so I got an extra night. As a Coeliac food was great. Especially the fish and chips. Certainly coeliac friendly. Great pool

No a very relaxing spa weekend Reservation was not what we booked and paid for had to chase what we booked. Rude staff member. A relaxing weekend treat and we didn't get to relax. One towel between 2 in room, no robes or slippers even when we booked 2 treatments. No wine or glasses in room as prebooked had to keep asking and showing what we had booked and paid for.

Reunion Weekend A two night stay with a large group of friends, Conference room and gala dinner included. The team at this hotel made us all feel very welcome from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Good sized clean rooms and great facilities. The food was amazing, we asked to speak to the chef who cooked dinner for us both nights, we were introduced to Rick and what a lovely gentleman, I think I would travel hours for the mushroom starter and beef pie he made us too. My only constructive criticism would be can we have some biscuits to go with the tea and coffee in the rooms ( and maybe a bottle of water)...Its quite British....but equilibrium was restored when we were offered Bucks Fizz at breakfast on Saturday morning.! ( quite continental!) Thank you for looking after us all so well.

Nothing was too much trouble From start to finish, we had a great trip, there was 21 of us staying for an AGM and gala dinner. Shane on reception was very welcoming and informative on arrival. The gala dinner and other evening meal, were exceptional. The Beef wellington was great. Elona and the waiting team - thankyou Nothing was too much trouble.

Enjoyable value for money experience Very friendly welcome at Reception & found staff we interacted with helpful and efficient. Tip - remember to register vehicle details on arrival. Great location for exploring the Cotswolds/Cheltenham This was our first stay at a Best Western and pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the room which was warm, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great quality but for me food could have been hotter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay found it fantastic value for money and would definitely recommend to others.
