Now called Executive Inn and Suites. Owners should be sued for bait and switch, cancelling reservation to charge more I reserved a room here for the night of 5/6 (Taylor Swift concert) via hotels.com. When my wife arrived to check in, she gave the lady her last name. The lady came back with her first name (which my wife hadn't said). The lady then said she couldn't find the reservation. She obviously lied. They were asking four times the price I had paid. They do not honor reservations, and will lie to you!!!! Also, the place is a dump. It might have been better that we ended up being forced to drive home in the middle of the night.

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at - wish we could give 0 stars... Don't let the photos fool you, this place was a total let down! Check-in was in a tiny vestibule inside the front door, no access to the lobby. Laundy room/vending area had a tarp for a door - snack machine didn't work. Once we entered our room we were greeted by mold on the ceiling over the bed, cigarette burns in the sheets and blanket, a sticky/dirty remote control, a coffee maker with no coffee or cups, and dirty ice bucket. Then the bathroom...dirty, moldy...a BOOGER on the door...NO SOAP, no shampoo...and when we asked the front desk lady for soap we were told we'd have to wait until 8:30 the next morning because she didn't have a key to the closet where it was kept. WHY WASN'T IT IN THE ROOM TO BEGIN WITH?? - NO SOAP, especially in Covid times - that's a uniformly basic "ammenity" all hotels provide. Very disappointed with this place.

Magnuson Hotel Review The rooms were very gross. The pictures falsely advertise the rooms actual looks. The toilet ran constantly after flushing. Used soap bar left in the bathroom. Definitely not the place to stay. The place smelled also.

Disgusting this people are rude asf. talk to you crazy, like they're doing you a favor. The attitudes are nasty, the rooms are nasty, i would rather sleep in the middle of any busy intersection than stay here. Didn't want to give me refund, had to up the glock on em. Look just go somewhere else, its not worth your hard earned money or time. I wouldn't even sale drugs here! Somebody need to blow it up, it should be closed, no seriously.

HORRIBLE We went in the room and the beds where so stained and nasty. Had to turn on the toilet to use it and it would not stop running. Front desk lady was so rude. Told me not to talk to any guest and go to my room. She admitted they have housekeeping problems. We were 1 of 3 that got refunded within about 30 minutes. Don’t even see how they can be state certified by health officials. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
