Friendly Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating. A pre text the day of stay to confirm, no issues with late night check in. Clean! So clean! Refrigerator in my room. Great breakfast choices. Amazing location, outdoor parking, easy to get onto I 10. Will stay here again!

Will stay again! Super friendly and helpful staff! Room was quite for the most part, could hear neighbor's tv a little at first. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, both hot and cold items. Starting to show some wear and tear but still a nice place. Love the pillows. Would stay again.

The service and cleanliness brings me back every 3 months! The staff in this hotel are exceptional. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and genuinely concerned my stay was completely comfortable and stress free. The rooms are spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large TV wit a huge selection of channels and movies to chose from. My room was immaculately clean and the cleaning staff are so sweet as I was here 3 days...they made sure I wanted for nothing! Breakfast in the morning is good with hot foods and cereals. I stay here each time I come out which is about every 3 months just because of your GREAT service and cleanliness. Keep on doing such a great job

A Good Stay Clean, nice room, real good breakfast. We came for a doctor visit and the location is very convenient to the City of Hope hospital. There is a regular shuttle service run by the hospital - both to the airport and this hotel - so there is no need to rent a car to get around.

Always a great stay! Staff (Carol) is always courteous, attentive & professional. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable & a nice breakfast spread is included. Hotel is cleaner than some of the newer hotels! Hotel is conveniently located near food & shopping.
